Order was two asada tacos and one al pastor with green salsa. The other was one taco de Al pastor and one buche and an 8 ounce cup of beans. Asada was nothing special, kind of bland. Al Pastor: it was decent, would eat again, it's better than most. Buche: was nicely flavored. Beans: I love beans that aren't completely smashed and have some texture! Their beans were a beautiful texture. The beans fell really flat on flavor. The taste was beans, not beans cooked with any additional flavors. I didn't have more than one bite. The texture was on point though, wish they were flavorful. Taco size: the tortillas are the very small street size. We did see someone get served asada fries which were huge and looked good, I'd swap the meat out. Cleanliness: The store, meat market and restaurant were all clean. Would we return? For the pastor or buche yes, would skip anything with beans and asada.

You could truly taste the care put into the food. The baked beans and cole slaw were also absolutely delicious and complemented the barbecue perfectly.
