If you're used to Taco Time in Western Washington you may be disappointed. While the menu is the same, the food is not as fresh and portions are smaller. They also seem to struggle with keeping good service staff (some are less than friendly). Still, it is a decent option for Mexican-style take out. read more

Love the food at Taco Time Missoula. I placed a to-go order 02/13/2025 between 5-6 PM through DoorDash. Taco Time canceled the order and refused an explanation. I cannot order replacement dinner until I get a refund. Could not eat any food tonight for dinner as a result. I am starving. Very disappointed! read more

The ordering just about did me in. After each item I ordered the employee would reply "Anything else?" Every time! I was pretty sure he wanted to do something else with this reply. They were out of a few things we wanted, signs if the times. The lemon and strawberry empanadas were horrible. The crunch wrap was full of canned refried beans, awful and cold. Drinks were ok. We had a wonderful experience at our first visit to Taco Time. We appreciated: 1. The people- Kelly took our order and was so friendly and generous and even got the kids gumballs. It's great meeting strangers who are absolutely wonderful human beings. Thank you Kelly!!! 2. They have a special each day- my wife and I each order one and it was great. Gave my boyfriend food poisoning. We ate there earlier today--I opted for the unsatisfying Popeye's chicken tenders next door, bless--and within a couple of hours he was upchucking the burritos he'd so doomfully ordered. It's a complete pity. My sturdy and strapping boyfriend has been done in by some bad meat/poor hygiene/whatever must be lurking on the primary-color tiles circa 1997 visible from the drive thru window. This is the first TT I had the chance to try. Staff here are pretty good and the food is above average for fast food Tex-Mex. They have specials of the day which are listed on a board inside the restaurant but they don't have a similar board in the drive-thru, which would be a plus. They have a nice variety of freshly made salsas - with some that actually really pack some heat. I appreciate that the salsa in packets come in a larger size packet. I have found that I only need one packet of TT salsa for a burrito, where I would need four or five packets if I was at a TacoHell. The Big Juan burrito with ground beef is pretty much like crack to me. A great blend of flavors that make you feel happy. Just be aware that the burrito comes out very hot so if you are going to eat it on the road you will want to unwrap it and let it cool down for a while unless you want to burn your mouth. read more

I dropped in here to grab something quick to eat at my hotel on the way through for the night. The cheese quesadilla I got was absolutely inedible. The cheese was not even melted in the middle. It was super gross. Staff was really friendly and upbeat, but the food was so bad that I just wouldn't be able to justify going back. read more

I stopped by on Monday afternoon on the way to the airport. The employees totally took care of me when they found out that I'm a vegan. They were careful to tell me which items were vegan and those that were not. After I ordered, the employee who was making my burrito came out into the dining room to clarify what I wanted and to make some suggestions. My burrito was outstanding! read more

After paying for my order I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes while the frumpy young man in a man Bun ignored me while looking at his phone and drinking his large soda. I tried waving to get his attention only to be ignored. After more time passed I knocked on the window to ask if everything was OK and if they remembered I was out there. Outstanding service here. I would never get this in Denver. For example the cashier came from behind the counter to assist a guest with the menu explaining items and such. Helped me out the exact same and let me try some of their green salsas and chilis. I enjoyed the food and the taco meat is great. It's not heavily seasoned like the competitors allowing you to flavor it the way you want. read more
