My husband and I showed up at 9:02pm-- they closed at 9:30 (I know jerk move, I know) the service was fantastic, they were sweet and accommodating. The food was fast and delicious. The restaurant decor is outdated and while waiting to check out I noticed the entry way looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the fish tanks need to cleaned ASAP.

I order delivery from here about once a month and the food has been consistent for the most part. When I need a Asian food fix chopsticks is my go to. Green River roll, jalapeño poppers, garlic chicken and pad thai are all good choices. I've been enjoying the dragon rolls lately.

I did not have any high expectations. I was shocked at the excellent quality of both the Won Ton Soup and the Curry Chicken. Both were among the best I have ever eaten. To have this quality out in the middle of what I would consider "the boondocks" is truly special. There was a tiny language gap but anyone who tries can communicate and having authentic owners and servers is a plus, not a minus. If we are ever traveling through here again, we will make a special point of stopping for another meal. Thank you for the joyous experience.

My first real stop for my Wyoming weekend was here to Rock Springs, where it was a 4 hour drive from Salt Lake City, UT - with 3 stops along the way. It's a quaint little pass through town and the stop I made was here to Chopstix Asian Bistro. According to Yelp, this is the only restaurant that serves Vietnamese Pho (or a variation of it) between Salt Lake City, UT and Rock Springs, WY. More Chinese restaurants out here than anything. While I am sure that Cheyenne has some of them, I wasn't going there anyway. So, coming to Rock Springs for my WY pho was a no brainier. Located off the I-80E, take Exit 102 for Dewar Drive and drive till you see the sign for the restaurant at the intersection. It's included with the adjacent shopping center plaza, where it can be your one stop shop to everything you need. I was here on a nice Friday after driving 4 hours from SLC airport and having really no sleep. Amazing how I can last that long driving. But anyway, Chopstix Asian Bistro is primarily a Chinese restaurant that serves up a laundry list of Asian inspired dishes, hence the name of the restaurant. The decor was nice and subtle. A bit dim lighted, but that's what's good about it. There wasn't many people, so I requested a semi large booth for myself to spread out and be comfortable. I chose this place especially due to the Pho, as I am trying to do Pho in all 50 states, as well as the marathons. Eat and run, cool, huh? The service was at best average and totally good. I had a good and overall nice experience here. While I can't say that I will be back, it would be nice to do so, if I was in the area again. With that said, I ordered the shrimp and barbecue pork, which in Chinese, is called "char siu". They gave a moderate amount of bean sprouts and basically a non existent amount worth of basil. I guess that's the way they do things around here. The presentation of the Pho was interesting. Looks like a Chinese noodle bowl with the pork floating in there, but the broth was distinctly Pho. They had one size only, which was priced at $9.00. Felt like a medium bowl at best. Also ordered an order of shrimp spring rolls for $6.00. These spring rolls were huge! I had to box one of them, just because I couldn't finish everything. Crazy man! The taste of the broth was good and average. Mixing in the jalapeños in there was a much needed kick to the senses from the long drive I had done earlier in the morning. The waitresses were nice and asked if I was Chinese. I assume that you don't find many Asians in nowhere Wyoming. Guess that's a rarity in itself out here in Rock Springs. The restaurant is clean and pretty immaculate, almost like a PF Changs, certainly not high end, but it did the job. Only problem that's rough was the fact that it wasn't pure Vietnamese pho from a real Vietnamese restaurant. Can't complain when you're in southwestern Wyoming. Lol. Overall, recommended for anything Asian here. Worth the trip to Rock Springs. Support local! B

Another found on Yelp restaurant to try on our trip. Arrived after normal lunchtime so we were seated immediately. Having already studied about the restaurant on Yelp we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to order but quickly looked over the menus just to make sure. They had Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and maybe more; but it appeared to be mostly Chinese dishes offered. Whenever I eat at a restaurant that offers a multi-ethnic menu and I can determine their primary cuisine I normally will order something in that cuisine. At Chopstix the menu had more Chinese dishes than others combined so I ordered Szechuan Chicken but I also ordered Spring Rolls that are found on Vietnamese or Thai menus. My wife ordered Shrimp and BBQ Pork Pho because the pictures on Yelp looked really good. The results: I think the Szechuan Chicken was the best; it came with choice of Rice (I picked Fried Rice), a Mini Eggroll, and Cream Cheese Rangoon...all delicious. My wife was somewhat disappointed with the Pho because the noodles were over cooked and the soup base was OK, not bad but she had better at Vietnamese restaurants. The Spring Rolls were a pleasant surprise. Not only were they delicious, but they were ginormous (almost double normal size) and reasonably priced. They were rolled a little loose but size and taste made me overlook that. Based on our experience, I would rate the Szechuan Chicken 5, the Spring Rolls 4-5, and the Pho 3-4. Service was great and I would rate 5 for that. My wife reminded me that I alway say to order what the restaurant sells as its primary cuisine. She had previously ordered salads at BBQ places and was disappointed. So next time here she will order Chinese.

Had an overall good experience. It's your typical American style Asian restaurant but would definitely go back for their potstickers.

The food was good and our waitress was wonderful. My grandson loved the fish, but the tanks could use a cleaning.

A very complex menu with too many choices leads to a very poor meal. Nothing really good about this place.
