Visited July 18 2026. See my receipt. I have been wanting to try something different and this certainly hit the mark! It is located in Yuba City ( few doors down from Huckleberrys). I am finding that I like Naan and so I ordered 2 chicken naan tacos with All The yummy toppings they have ( included..no extra cost). The tacos are vibrant with color with corn..cilantro I think..and so much more. The naan was fluffy and slightly toasted. It was tasty! The only issue is I asked for white meat chicken but I got dark meat which I can't stand! I picked out the chicken and basically had a vegan taco. My boyfriend ate the other one and he loved it ( he likes dark meat). There are alot of options at this Indian infused restaurant. They have inside seating as well. Drinks are also available. Wow wow wow. You have no idea how many times we've passed this place by. What a mistake. Upon entering it was clean, the music wasn't too loud and we were greeted instantly. We took quite some time to choose something as the staff answered our questions and made suggestions. I wish we could say that we have a picture of our food but upon receiving it we devoured it. We got the chicken naan tacos which seems to be the new comers bread and butter. I tell you what, the reviews do not lie. We will be back. read more

Taco Twist always hits the spot. The food here is soo good it is fresh and a ton of flavor. If you have never been it's like a subway of Indian food - build your burrito, Naan taco or bowl. Service is always friendly and they will explaine the options to you. Inside it's pretty small with maybe about 5 tables. We always bring out of town friends here. read more

Tacos with a Twist sits adjacent to Wendy's in Yuba City, within the Raley's shopping center and I have had them on my radar for a long long time, so i finally decided to check them out! I went for a little bit of everything, so i decided to try their naan taco, their goat pakora platter, and 6 wings with manchurian sauce and tikka masala. I misplaced my wallet and had a panic attack until i realized it was out in my car in the cup holder... Not fun, but always a relief when you find the missing items right? So after some time, the meal comes together and I will say every part of the offering was fantastic. The naan taco was fully flavored, and the lemons and limes that were provided kicked it up a notch. I also asked for a side of Ranch, and it definitely helped accentuate things. The ranch was cold and thick, definitely on the better side when compared to other restaurants. The wings were crispy, hot and fresh and I asked for the sauces on the side so i could ensure things did not get too messy. I had never had manchurian sauce, and thankfully it turned out slightly sweet, and enjoyable. Their tikka masala was smooth and creamy, and it was nice to try chicken wings with Indian spice and flare. The star of the meal was the goat pakora platter. The plate was loaded with meat, and it was served over a bed of rice and vegetables. I casually added some tikka masala sauce and some ranch to make it more tasty. The owners were very kind and allowed me to order a single taco rather than a double, since i just wanted to try it out. The flavors definitely struck a cord within me, and it felt very satiating and satisfying to have a great meal in a casual setting. I am going to step on the gas pedal and award this place 5 stars. They deserve more business than what i observed, and i hope you choose to give them a chance. Ask for some ranch! Happy eating. :) read more

The service here is excellent. Super friendly, helpful, nice. Amazing. I like the bright decor also, and it's clean and comfortable. The food is totally great too. It's familiar with the taco style flavors but has a nice TWIST to it with the naan bread and the more Indian spices. I'm a big fan. Definitely get the spicy chicken if you can handle it, although it's not too hot really. I loved the flavor. They load on the toppings so get a fork too. The lamb was a more gyro flavor and not as good for me as the chicken. But still good! read more

I'm usually hesitant to try new places, especially fusion spots, but wow, I'm so glad we gave Taco Twist a shot! From the moment we walked in, the owner/staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. You can tell they really care about their food and customers. The concept is like Chipotle but with an Indian-Mexican twist--you pick your base and then load it up with different flavors. I wasn't sure what to expect, but every bite was amazing. The ingredients were super fresh, and the flavors worked together perfectly. It's clear they put a lot of thought into their menu. The place itself is clean, comfy and just has a great vibe overall. Definitely a new favorite, and I'll be back for sure. If you're on the fence about trying it--just go! Then we did onion, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, crunchy noods and cilantro. Also did the loaded samosas with paneer. Definitely could've pounded more tacos but restrained ourselves. The guy behind the counter was super chill and nice. I came with my bf and his friend to try out the tacos before ordering anything else. Definitely ate one of my bfs two chicken tacos. They were stacked with deliciousness & had a super refreshing taste from all the lettuce corn & cucumber sauces up with some type of slightly spicy sauce. It was honestly a bit hard to grab the tacos with how stacked they were but no complaints from me, I just got a fork for the excess we were surprised when the employee asked us how we liked the food because we were definitely tearing the tacos up. Sadly, no pictures of the burrito as I devoured that in an instant. This place is truly a one of a kind. It's hard to find an Indian restaurant that does Mexican fusion. Hidden gem in Yuba city! You gotta try this Indian Mexican fusion joint. Their flavors are on point. I've tried different fusion places, but this one by far very unique. We got the boss burrito with spiced chicken and the naan tacos with lamb. For sauce, we got the tikka and the creamy sriracha. I highly recommend getting the boss burrito and the naan tacos. I was glad they had mango lassi to go with the meal. Felt like the prices were fair for what I was served. I wouldn't eat here again if you paid me. I watched an employee dig deep into the trash can with their gloved hands--then go right back to making food without changing them. So yummy! We had tacos, loaded samosas, chicken burger, loaded fries, mango lassi, kulfi and the honey donut dessert. All the food was so good and cheap! One of my kids doesn't like Indian food but does like gyros, so she had lamb naan tacos that she loved. My other kid loves Indian food nd not Mexican. She had chicken with Tikka masala sauce and naan. She wanted more sauce but ate the whole thing. I loved my chicken burger that had fresh veggies and noodles and had a spicy kick and was very filling. Would highly recommend this place especially because you can customize so easily your meal for any picky eaters. We fed 7 people with drinks and dessert for about $100.
