Fantastic Taco shop. My wife and I stopped in here for lunch one day while traveling through Conway. We read the reviews and most who had eaten here gave it great reviews. Well they surely didn't disappoint. We started off with the trio of quest, salsa, and guacamole. All three were very good and the guacamole had just enough lime where it wasn't over powering but very fresh tasting. I had the chicken bacon ranch and crab cake taco with a side of Mexican creamed corn. I'd get both of these again and they were very good. The crab cake taco had a Cajun remoulade with it that paired very well with the crab cakes. The Mexican cream corn was very good as well and not too creamy. My wife had the Korean BBQ steak and the fried chicken taco. Both of these she would definitely order again. If you're passing through and or live in Conway and haven't eaten here, you're really missing out! Can't wait to be back. read more

Fantastic tacos! When I found out my work was taking me back to Conway, my first though was, "I've got to go back to Tacos 4 Life!" They have such a wide variety of tacos you could get two different ones a day for ten days! My favorite one has to be the Cuban pork taco, with pork, bacon, Gouda, pickles and a spicy sauce, but the buffalo chicken is close, it's the perfect combination of buffalo and bleu cheese in every bite. I really enjoyed every taco I have tried, and would put them in my top 3 taco establishments. They also have a house made tropical punch that is delicious. And it's good to know that they are donating a meal for every taco sold to combat childhood hunger. read more

What a gem! I've been here twice now just passing through Conway while traveling and I am really impressed with this taco joint. They have a wide range of different types of tacos and other entrees. My favorite tacos are the counselor (Korean bbq, cabbage, won tons, and yum yum sauce!) and the buffalo chicken. I have zero complaints-- they are both delicious. I also tried the crab cake taco the last time I went and it was phenomenal...sauce and all! In terms of sides, I've only tried the corn and I thought it was really good. We also tried the chips and queso. A personal size was enough for my husband and I. One of the most awesome things about this restaurant though is that for every meal you buy, they donate a meal to a child suffering from hunger. I think that's awesome! Thank you for the vegan options! Both of the selections (tofu and fried eggplant) were so tasty, I had to have them two days in a row! The chips, salsa, and guac were lovely as well. Variety is out of this world and quality is high but I don't eat one taco. I have to eat at least two for a meal so I can't say a meal is under $10. Delicious and I love being able to donate but small portions make it where I won't be back until I get a comfortable cushion of cash. read more

Tried this place about a week ago and friends have been telling me to try it. I am in love, I had the Southwest rice bowl with chicken and it was enough to last for 3 days and it was seasoned very well. Unfortunately unfortunately there is not one close to work nor where I live so I have to drive a distance but I enjoy it. read more

We love Tacos 4 Life! We just went there and they have this employee named Brad who was super helpful and friendly. I tried 4 items from their Fall menu and all but one was da bomb diggity! I would suggest that the vegan taco on your fall menu be tweaked a bit. Although it was good, it was too sweet. Perhaps some spice added or lose the apple and make a lentil and sweet potato or a lentil and butternut squash filling. Other than that everything we have tried there is amazing, especially those vegan offerings. You can't even tell they don't have meat! We also LOVE their philosophy! Keep up the great work! P.S. Great place, great food. I try to avoid going at the lunch rush because the line can be out the door and seating scarce. It is worth the wait if you can't avoid the line. That being said, their food is excellent plus your purchase contributes to a good cause. Definitely worthy of five stars. read more

Spreading the word on this place! I just had dinner here and it was money well spent. I am glad I ventured out to find a new restaurant. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The environment is comfortable. I had the mango habanero taco, which was so good. I also had the Ziki taco and it was PHENOMENAL! The lamb was so delicious! Two tacos come with lime rice, which was also delicious! This is a new favorite restaurant and I can't wait to come back and try new tacos. Love this place. Second time here and it's all good. Goofy parking but worth coming in. Nice staff and the Queso is unreal. Had the Chipotle steak tacos and my wife had the Uno shrimp taco. We ordered the table trio (salsa, guac, and queso), a grilled chicken taco, two pork carnitas tacos, fried chicken taco, mango habanero taco, steak chipotle taco, and the Korean BBQ taco. All the tacos were good, but the Korean, fried chicken, and the carnitas stood out. The table trio was good- the salsa and guac were excellent, but the queso was really thin. DH loved it and would have given it 5 stars. I thought it was good, but the food to $ ratio was not great- our bill for the table trio and seven tacos was almost $38, too much for tacos and some chips and dip, IMO. read more

wouldn't recommend the Rogers location they cant seem to get an order right not once but 3 times why pay for over priced food if they can't get it right I mean why do they make us wait so long if they can't get it right and when you get home the food is awful or items missing and when it's addressed it's like nobody cares I'd save money and just go to Taco Bell!!! they may not donate food but at least if you pay over 50.00 for food you get everything you order I even went with a 50.00'gift card given to me by the co owner and they yet again didn't get it right I won't go back there and wouldn't recommend them at all they don't even deserve a 1 it should be 0 read more

Tried Tacos 4 Life for the first time at lunch today. I called it in and went through the drive thru to pick it up. The customer service was good. The to go packaging could have been better. The box wasn't completely closed and the 2 small containers with the the rice and beans were just thrown in the bag. The bag wasn't tied so that everything would stay in place, but thankfully the containers didn't open. The food was nearly cold once I got to eat it, but that was my fault, not the restaurants. Taking that into account, the food was pretty good. The refried black beans were my favorite, and had the most flavor. The cilantro-lime rice was good, but could have used more flavor. The Chicken Bacon Ranchero tacos I had weren't as good as I'd hoped. The chicken was quite dry and something tasted "fishy". The tortilla was fried and a little too greasy for me and it may have been the grease that tasted fishy. Now, I don't normally order chicken tacos anywhere, so that might just have been the reason I wasn't super impressed. The price was a bit high, but I did get the large meal, which came with 3 tacos and 2 sides. I paid about $12 with tax, but I didn't mind, since that meal for me did provide 3 meals for a child in need. I wasn't as impressed as I wanted to be, but I will give it another shot. Maybe try a beef taco instead. It would be nice if you could mix and match the tacos instead of having to get all the same tacos. read more

Despite the 70+ times I've visited tacos 4 life, they continue to amaze me. Tyler on Oak Street just made the best salad I've ever had there, an absolute thing of beauty! Generous portions perfectly arranged in neat little sections. A color wheel of flavor, I suppose. The chicken in my chicken bacon ranch taco was even more juicy and flavorful than usual, and the poblano ranch was as fantastic as ever. All the employees were upbeat and helpful. Hit or miss at this location. Rice bowl with fried shrimp was horrible. Shrimp was hard cold and old. I ended up dumping the rice bowl. It was awful. Tacos are usually good. Think they should stick with that. Anything else is not worth the money. read more

Having lived in Los Angeles over 25 years, I think I have a good sense of what good Mexican food is. Tacos 4 Life is described as "Tex Mex", so maybe within that specific category, it is good. A lot of people seem to like it. I ordered the "Serious Steak Burrito" and the Chipotle Taco. The prices are pretty high, but I guess if you look at it more as some free food with a donation to feed children, it isn't so bad. By itself, $4 for a taco is pretty steep. The burrito was also close to $10. The taco was strange, but not bad. I expected it to be on traditional soft corn tortillas but it was on what appeared to be a fried flour tortilla. It didn't have any salsa, in fact, I don't think this place even has salsa. None came with either of my items and I didn't see a salsa bar in the place. The taco had a chipotle dressing. It wasn't bad but the jalapeños could have been diced better instead of practically halved on the taco. The burrito was the best of the two. It was a fairly good size, short, but hefty in diameter. It too seemed to have no salsa (a Tex Mex thing?) The flour tortilla was pretty good although a bit tough in places. Overall flavor was pretty good. The burrito came with a side of rice which I tasted but didn't finish. The rice was a disappointment, being simply plain steamed white rice with what appeared to be very small specks of cilantro or some other green veggie. It was bland. I didn't dine in. The atmosphere was nice, albeit a bit unusual for Mexican food, but I guess they are trying to display the "feed hungry kids" theme. I wish them success in this endeavor but I probably won't be a regular customer. read more

The food was just okay. I ordered the carnitas tacos which actually were pretty good. My husband, father & kids all got beef tacos. I'm pretty sure there was more grease coming out of them than there was beef. The Mexican creamed corn didn't have much flavor at all. I don't think we would go back if we came back through here. Over all the tacos were amazing. The concept is interesting and neat that they try and help feed those who are to poor to eat. The seating is alright. Kind of spread out which is nice, but is cold on one half of the dinning area. Cheese dip was alright, retried beans and rice were alright, but nothing special. Price was a little high for what you get, and the menus doesn't mention adding additional toppings. read more

Amazing food in an eclectic atmosphere! Service has always been incredibly friendly, personable, and happy; really contributes to the joy of eating here. Food is ready as fast as any fast food restaurant, which is all the more impressive considering they use all fresh ingredients! Wide variety of tacos to ensure there is something for everyone. Also have burritos (bowls and tortillas), quesadillas, and dessert items. Side items are just as good as the entrees: mexican cream corn, black refried beans, and the cilantro lime rice are all great; any side item is a can't miss! Chips are seasoned with a house blend of spices and the homeade queso is amazing; the chips and queso are an absolute must have when dining here! The best side note is that in addition to getting a delicious meal; Tacos4Life offers a Meal-for-Meal program through Feed My Starving Children, so a hungry child is fed a meal for every taco or meal you purchase. My friend and I decided to give this place a try due to all of the positive ratings. We went for lunch around noon on a busy Wednesday. We didn't have to wait long to order despite the crowd. I got the personal queso, the spicy chorizo taco, and a side of the refried black beans. The queso was given to me before I walked away from the register and we munched on that while we waited for our tacos. The queso is good - not too salty and a slight hint of spice to it. They give you enough chips to enjoy along with it, and at one point someone walked by and asked us if we wanted more. We did have to wait a little bit for our tacos due to the crowd, yet we got them before we were done with our queso so it was fine. The chorizo taco is indeed spicy, yet it was full of flavor and there was a LOT of ground chorizo in it. This was a very big taco. I was worried that the over-$4 taco would be either small or the flavor would be lacking, yet there was no need to worry. The beans were quite good as well. I look forward to going back and trying what else they have to offer! read more

I love this place. Fresh ingredients. Great flavor. Line can be long--- but there's a reason! Worth the wait - that's why everyone's there! They had a "summer menu" today that is awesome. I got a grilled shrimp Spring roll taco - so good and a grilled grilled chicken taco. It comes in a puffy taco shell. The grilled chicken taco is my staple order and then I add something adventurous as my second item. I'm never disappointed. Tacos for life has a customer for life.
