Well I was a fan, no longer will I visit to be completely ignored at the drive-thru. I was just there, parking lot was practically empty, sat at the window several minutes with not an acknowledgment. Finally said hello and a girl said it would be a moment. How long is a moment? To her several more minutes. So I left and called up talk to a manager that apologized and said that's not what they do. Delicious stuff here! We'd eaten at the Conway location years ago and fondly remembered the food. This Rogers restaurant is new and feels open and spacious inside. Our food came out in about 5 minutes. My husband and I each ordered the two taco combos. I chose the chicken ranch and Korean BBQ tacos along with a side salad with ranch. Everything was fantastic. My husband enjoyed his food, too, and the only negative was that his side order of rice wasn't hot. We'd be happy to come back here again the next time we're in town. read more

First of all let me say this isn't the Taco Bell I thought it was. The food donations this place does is awesome and we were thankful to support people who love people. For some time we've passed several of these all over and I've refused to stop in because it looks like a glorified Taco Bell and I had no interest ‍. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly. The food was surprisingly good, they used great seasonings for my chicken fajita tacos (Sub tofu because that's how I roll) and the black bean bowl, amazing also. The only problem was the price for the portions. Our Men's Bible Study group meets here regularly and the staff and facilities work great for us. They have a private room that will hold about 25 people that is perfect for us. The staff is always kind and efficient and the food is outstanding. Can't recommend this place enough. read more

We visited on a Friday night at 6:21pm and the short line moved quickly. Becca is incredibly kind and patient! She took our order with a smile and complimented us twice. On a busy Friday night, she gave the BEST service. We ordered the adult combo meal with a grilled chicken taco, and queso. And because it was after 4pm the kid's meal was 99 cents with their February dine-in only special. My daughter ordered the beef and cheese taco with cheese dip and she said it was really good. Once our food arrived, I realized I had forgotten to mention that I have Celiac disease and a gluten allergy and forgot to modify the taco to be on corn tortillas. Becca was gracious enough to fix it right away. The tables were exceptionally clean and I felt at ease to sit down without worrying about cross contamination. Even my 6yr old mentioned how clean the tables were. Becca brought out a grilled chicken taco on corn tortillas. However, when I took a bite, I realized the tortillas weren't steamed enough so they were very stiff. (This happened only once before in the last year.) I asked Becca if they could cook the tortillas longer so they were hot and bendable like they normally are. She immediately said no problem and brought out a new taco on corn tortillas that were hot and steamed and super flexible so they held together very well. I felt bad for asking considering I had made the mistake in the first place, but Becca was so kind about it! I was really shocked and pleasantly surprised. The entire kitchen team was gracious and professional about the situation and I very much appreciate them going above and beyond. We eat here often and this experience reaffirms why we continue to choose Tacos 4 Life! If i could rate this a zero star, I would. There is nothing wrong with the food taste wise. It is delicious. However, the service we received was not only abysmal, we received an incorrect order not once, but TWICEE!!!! How is this even possible. First order, we were missing two orders. We went back to the restaurant, the small girl with glasses was the one who helped us before, and we explained what was wrong. She said it was her fault and forgot to put it in. Its annoying enough that we are taking time off our day to go back to the restaurant to fix this. She put in our chicken quesadilla order and asked for queso rice. She decided to put in the order as "mango habanero rice". She goes on to tell me that she would let the crew know that i want the queso rice only and disregard what is in the order. She gave us the order and we went to the car. This time, i dont trust them so i checked the food an lo and behold, the wrong item AGAIN! After she clearly put the wrong order of queso rice ( which is all i wanted) as a mango habanero, we got the mango habanero. Now I am fuming and angry because how dumb do you have to be to f up the order. I went back to the restaurant to the girl. She looks nervous and i said to her " this is the second time you have messed up the order, what is going on?". She had nothing to say to me and didnt even apologize. All she did was say let me fix that for you. Fix WHAT? Your inability to take one order of queso rice? This is beyond outrage. This person either needs to do something else or get rid of her. Her lack of empathy and just laughing it off as some joke with her coworker is unacceptable. I hope whoever reads this treads carefully going inside to order. Ridiculous. read more

A few weeks ago there was an issue with my order. I called to ask for a refund, not only did Tacos 4 Life give a refund...they also gave me a free dinner for my husband and I (which was so nice and above and beyond what was necessary). Natasha, at the Rogers AR location was so helpful. She already rectified the situation by simply refunded me, but she went a step further to say she would love to offer a free meal for me, when I got in there I decided I might as well order a second entree for my husband. Fully expected to pay, she said it was on her AND gave us a free queso card, for our next visit. Above and beyond customer service. Very much appreciated. We usually love this place and are very pleased that they help the less fortunate. We haven't been here in a few months and, while the service is still very good, the food quality is far from where it used to be. The chips were chewy, the guacamole was brown, the onions and peppers were brown and seemed old. Additionally, the cheese dip for the chips and dip was very gummy and lumpy. Fresh ingredients would easily restore at least a four star rating. read more

I have been to the one in Fayetteville a few times and I was excited to see this one open recently! We came on a Friday night and we got there just before a large rush of people came - so come a little earlier, 545pm to 615ish - prefect time. There is a decent size parking lot outside, so you will most likely find a good spot. Customer service is really good! You get in line and order/pay at the cash register. I had a few questions and they were really helpful. They bring your food out to and there are employees constantly making sure everything is running smoothly in the dining area. I have only ever had their tacos and chips and they are so good! This visit I had the seared tofu and blackened mahi mahi, both were really good - the tofu one especially. We also ordered the ultimate trio which includes guacamole, salsa, and queso with chips. I'm not a big queso fan (it tastes like melted velveeta - how is that even good? haha), but theirs was good. I mainly stuck with the salsa and guac - YUM! My daughters loved their food from the kids menu and my husband loved the steak nachos. read more

Had some awesome lettuce wrapped tacos -- one was fried eggplant and the other coconut shrimp. Super flavorful and not too bad of a price. My bf has the steak tacos and loved those as well. We don't normally agree on taco places-- I like specialty, and he likes more simple. This place pleased both of us. Was able to hit the soft opening. Guacamole-great Cheese dip-good flavor but too runny Salsa- ok I tried a classic beef taco which comes in a puffy shell. It's a classic, just a regular ground beef taco. The mahi mahi taco was really good. Mix of slaw and flavor with a piece of blackened mahi. The best of all was the fried chicken taco. Think chicken and waffles. Fried chicken with some chipotle heat and drizzled in honey to offset with some sweet. My friends raved over the Korean BBQ taco, over the fried chicken taco so will totally have to try that. The rice and the creamed corn were good however I'd save your appetite for the tacos. Very filling! My only real complaint is this there are no Coke products. Womp. Womp. There are so many taco places that have come to NWA-Fuzzy's, American Taco, Social Taco.
