The guacamole is fantastic and not goo from a powder & water combo like some taquerias offer. The guac is freshly made and scrumptious. I never leave leftovers as the quac is great the day after. In other authentic Mexican taquerias, Coke is the beverage typically consimedl. I have found the water is a refreshing change and helps the taste buds really pick up on all the food's notes.
