I rarely leave reviews, but I feel the need to let people know they need these tacos in their life! I immediately got four more tacos after finishing the initial four. The beef used is local and 100% grass fed. I wish I could give more insight on the rest of the menu, but I'm passing through and probably won't be able to stop again. After tasting the carne asada tacos and seeing what else was coming out of that truck, gives me full confidence to vouch for the rest of the menu! Wow! So good that I don't even know what to say, the tacos were really good but the Al pastor burrito is *amazing* and I didn't even take a picture of it. Couldn't pick a favorite meat for the tacos, each one was very good and I didn't get any chunks of fat or gristle which is super awesome. The flavor/spice for the chorizo was just right. Heard about the amazing food coming out of this place from some locals. Gave it a try...and I'm hooked. The owner is very nice, and is an excellent chef. Tacos are all so good I can't pick a favorite. The homemade chorizo is heavenly. Grab some napkins for your torta...the grilled chicken torta drips with goodness. Burritos are very flavorful and filling. Everything I've had here has been absolutely delicious. You can tell he uses good quality meat and super fresh produce. Came here on 11/8/2024 in the evening - was greeted by a very nice young guy and he cooked up a mean batch of burritos and street tacos for us, They were all incredible and we didn't leave a single bite left over. Fed me and my wife and my two teenage boys, we had the classic burritos and the street tacos - they were amazing. read more

Holy Taco! Homeade Chorizo and Tortillas! I always see this food truck when I pass through. I always admire how clean and fresh it looks and say I'm going to stop there sometime. I ordered two carne asada platters and was pretty disappointed. The beans and rice were a small portion, the beans were also too soupy, and the rice was overcooked and mashy. They also gave me potatoes instead of rice on one order and didn't say anything. The chunks of meat were too big to make a taco and it was smothered with too many oily onions. What a great little find! Food is made from scratch, even the tortillas, and was absolutely delicious. Bf and I ordered a little of everything. The carne asada tacos were well seasoned and delicious. Only minor complaint was that I got a few pieces of fat and gristle, but I just picked those out and the tacos were otherwise great. The tacos al pastor were probably the best we've ever had. Marinated in spices and orange juice and pineapple - so so delicious! I've never had them prepared that way. By far both our favorite. Also - their salsa verde is BOMB!! Bf didn't find the chorizo tacos to be his favorite, a little lacking in the spice department for his taste. My only overall (minor) complaint was that it would have been nice if they'd ordered some side items like beans, rice or chips. We found this place on accident one day when we were in centralia. It's in a random spot, but it is worth stopping at. We had a variety of food selections for the eight people that were there. The owner was extremely friendly, prices were good, and we all LOVED the food. Being newer to Washington, I was searching for something that felt home cooked like my Mama's. Being Mexican, I am definitely a little pickier. Highly recommend this place. My Husband and kids and in-laws were definitely impressed as well. read more

I don't get down to Centralia very often, but when I do, I'm all over this place. The first time I visited the owner gave me a free taco, and today when I visited he gave me a free bottle of water. Came here because I see it as I drive through town and have been curious... but I guess I'll never know. I waited outside for over 5 minutes to be greeted and to place an order as I stood in the rain next to the very bright Open sign. Apparently not open for me. All I could see was a register and a flattop grill and a gross open container of mayo with no lid on it. Not even a menu in sight. After waiting 5 or so minutes I was done. Got in my car and literally as I shut the door I see someone at the window but he's on his phone. Too late now buddy. Lost a customer and don't even care to try the food at this point. Maybe if the sign says open don't let people wait in the rain and maybe think about getting an actual menu board or even printing some out to look at as you wait to order since you're apparently too busy to take an order.
