Both with pork, both VERY satisfying. I also ordered a taco de lengua because I Loooooove lengua when it is done well and I wanted to give them the chance. So, excellent place, lovely people, and the champurrado was made to order and was outstanding! The only reason it doesn't get another star is that I actually found the lengua a little under-spiced. There's no setting for 4 1/2 stars and I'll maybe run it up to a 5 next time when I try the Mole. There will definitely be a next time.
