The chips were hot, fresh, and delicious. The sweet potato fries were excellent, gloriously dressed with honey for a light savory sweetness. Nicholas, the man behind this establishment, is a transplant from South London who knows exactly what he's doing in the kitchen and is putting out the best fish & chips I've ever had, despite my multiple trips to the UK.
