Thanks to YELP, found another very solid taco truck earlier this month. FYI, this truck is…read moreactually located on 1960 and Perry Rd, not the 10511 FM 1960 listed in YELP. Keep that in mind as you navigate to find this spot. Tacos are quite affordable at $2 a pop. Meats avialable are the fajita, trompo, pollo, chorizo, and campechanos (fajita & trompo mixed). The menu is in either english or espanol and the person taking your order is bilingual in both. Makes the ordering process pretty smooth. I went with 6 tacos with a mix of fajita, trompo, pollo, and campechanos. Also ordered a small pirata fajita quesadilla. The tacos come with a generous amount of garnish (cilantro + onions) along with some sauteed onions and limes for squeeze. Get the squeeze on and throw on some of that green salsa they provide. The flavors pack a nice punch with the campechanos and trompo as my favorites. The quesadilla pirata has a nice cheese pull and I like the avocado addition for some creaminess. I'll be including this in the taco rotation since this isn't too far from my office. Reminder that it's cash or Zelle only so have that paper ready!

Such perfect portion of cheese and queso with seasoned meat- this will for sure be my to-go spot from now on! (This is just a side note, the maps address directed me to 1969 and Bobcat Rd, but right now it's on 1969 and Perry Rd) Overall 100/10 There is seating in front of the truck and the workers are friendly! Thank you for the yummy food

I have been searching for a new Mexican / Taco spot for quite some time ever since our previous…read morerestaurant changed their name and lowered their quality. My wife and I just want good quality and value with some sincere & kind service; that's all. Nothing fancy and special treatment necessary, just good old fashioned hospitality and good food. We believe we have found it this Sunday afternoon! We found them on the reviews and it looked promising so we decided to give them a try. The moment we walked in, we could tell Taco El Patron was different. The restaurant was bright, clean and very inviting with their tastefully decorated walls to their comfortable seating & table arrangement. We were greeted by a very pleasant waitress named Ashley and she and Veronica made us feel at home from the time we let them know it was our first visit to the time we left feeling high satisfied by the awesome food and first-class service. The menu was simple but gave diners many different ways to customize their food - that was a big deal to us. The chips and chicharron were delightful with their amazing bottles of superb salsas! My wife went with the asada (steak) and I couldn't decide so I asked Ashley to bring me ALL six of the selections from the special tacos section and that's what she did with a giggle saying no one has ordered all them, so they even took a photo of that massive plate of tacos and all the tasty sides! I felt like I hit the taco lottery when the platter came out and because the service was just as amazing and outstanding as the food. I had a wonderful time trying each one of the expertly crafted tacos and was so impressed with each and every bite. The prices are fair & reasonable and that's honestly a bonus since it's hard to find value for your hard earned money these days. My wife and I felt like our money was well spent and our patronage was very much appreciated. With that being said, you and your family should not waste anymore time with other trendy restaurants (you know who they are) and come to Tacos El Patron where you will hit the taco lottery like I did with amazing generous homemade style food served by a staff that treats you like family. Great Job, Ashley, Veronica and the entire kitchen crew at our new favorite taco restaurant! Check them out and tell them David & Amy sent you.

I ordered the guac and pork belly with her and she walked away. I was trying to order my drinks but she moved so fast. I ordered one thing and she walked away. I had to go up to the bar to grab napkins and ask her for the amazing hot sauces that usually comes in the bottle. My husband ordered no onions and cilantro and got cilantro on everything. My husband ordered Al pastor and got lengua. The pastor lacked flavor. The best thing was the tripa. Although a bit greasy, it was tasty. The carnitas were good. Lengua was tender and asada was tender but lacked flavor. Not sure if tonight was an off night but the experience made me debate if I want to come back or look for a new taco spot. Ambiance was nice. Saw they changed seating from previous visit

I ordered the asada burrito con todo (cheese, beans, onions, cilantro, salsa, and guacamole. I got the guac on the side). The asada was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was balanced and packed with flavor. Nothing was dry or bland. I also got an asada taco con todo (salsa, onions, cilantro, guacamole (and of course I added cheese ). Simple ingredients, but when it's done right like this, you really don't need much else. The meat truly speaks for itself. What really stood out to me was that this tasted like true Tijuana-style flavor, not heavy Tex-Mex. You can absolutely taste the difference. Customer service was great. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the ordering process smooth. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. It made the overall experience even better. If you're looking for authentic, well-seasoned tacos and burritos in a clean, welcoming environment, this is definitely a spot to check out. I'll absolutely be back.
