I have never had fries this deliciously sweet and salty, crispy yet soft. The burger was cooked perfectly and the toppings were on point! You gotta try this! I chatted a little with the owner, food truck now brick and mortar. They represent. Go and get you some. Oh and dessert. I got the banana puddin' and shared with my daughter. We literally fought over each scoop. Somebody put their foot in that one. IYKYK

I ordered through DoorDash and everything was really good. I had special instructions in there and…read morethey actually read it and adjusted to accommodate my request. Here's what I ordered: Turkey burger- 4/5 pretty good. They were able to get the turkey patty crispy on the edges and had a delicious char to it similar to a regular hamburger. The bun was toasted and didn't get soggy but was light and had a great flavor. Good amount of pickles but hardly any lettuce and the lettuce that was there was not fresh looking at all. I would have liked maybe a tomato slice on it as well. I asked for the chicken sauce in the side and really glad I did and they listened. I tried it on my finger, a little bit on the burger, and on a fry...not for me. It's like a mix of mustardy, smokey, sweet, and also tangy. Fries- 3/5 maybe I just got unlucky today or maybe from having to travel to my house but the coating on them was a little too thick and had too much resistance to them. However seasoning was good. Banana pudding - 5/5 delicious but pricey. You do get to keep the mason jar so that's cool, but you really don't get a lot for $9 Overall, it's a solid place to eat and I would recommend.

I've been to many establishment similar to this but I have to get them credit to the atmosphere they created. The place wasn't too big and everyone welcomed conversations in here. Rob mentions that a food truck was outside so I took a quick look at the truck. Dude, it was a Lao food truck! I absolutely love Laotian food, and full of bold flavors. Many of you are wondering, "Laos"? What the hell is that? Let me first educate you on the location of this wonderful and beautiful country called Laos. Open up Google maps and head over to Thailand and Vietnam, there you'll see Laos snuggled between them. If you are truly a food lover and not afraid of trying new things, then find this food truck and go get you some. Da, the head chef and owner, created a masterpiece with her papaya salad. I've eaten hundreds, if not thousands of such salads but this papaya salad was legit. The home made papaya sauce, with the heat and crunch of the papaya was so freakin good!!!!! It's so damn spicy and good, you'll want to slap your mama! I ordered the brisket, short ribs and papaya salad. Everything was out of this world. I could not believe the food was this good and I found it in Cypress. I didn't expect that quality of food out of a food truck and I have to say that it was better than the restaurants I've been to. They apparently move from location to location around the city, especially breweries. I can't wait to see them again as they make their rounds. They will be at Bearded Fox on Spring Cypress on the 27 of July, then back to Craft Beer Cellar on August 3rd. Come and try it for yourself, then let me know your thoughts. Happy eating!
