The Barbacoa was fine, good texture just a little bland. I got some rice and beans and the rice was moist and reminded me of the rice from the old El Charrito TV Dinners I ate long ago.......which is a compliment! The beans were fine. Their salsa is perfect, as are the packets of hot sauce. This place is part of a gas station and convenience store, but it is separated by a doorway so it feels right.
