The best taco spot!!! Everything delicious, home made tortillas, salsas are super good, tripas, and carne asada tacos are super good!

So today I ordered a sope and a Gordita and I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture but the flavor was so delicious, like always it was busy but they are very fast with the orders and taking the orders too, I also recommend the mango and pinnacle mix agua fresca...

One of the workers gave my family a free key chain. Very respectful people !

This is hands down the first restaurant I can say truly deserves 5 stars! The food was SUPER delicious, the service was great, and everything we tried was on point. The surf & turf burrito is a MUST TRY! It was absolutely delicious, and the shrimp was so good! The carnitas were super crispy, exactly the way I like them. The horchata was also very tasty and tasted fresh. But the salsa bar is the best part. Seriously, this is the best salsa bar I've ever seen! So many great options, and that thick chipotle salsa is BOMB! I actually came here two days in a row! My friend showed me this place the first time, and I loved it so much that I had to bring my family back. The second time, my burrito was HUGE! Definitely worth the money and absolutely worth the drive from Norco. I'm already looking forward to coming back ASAP! If you haven't tried Tacos El Callejon yet, do yourself a favor and go!

The meats are cooked so good, and there's a lot of options. The salsa bar is packed with a bunch of goodies. The service here has been great.

Honestly , I stopped after seeing this spot go viral . Tried they'd fish & shrimp tacos and their endless sauce & toppings bar self serve station. Everything was Amazing from their customer service to food quality. I came in for their fish & shrimp tacos special hands down it was Perfect!!! This place was super packed , customer service was excellent and entire staff was great! I'd highly recommend it . Both shrimp & fish tacos were phenomenal! They offer grilled or fried options.

The food is delicious and the portion size was great! I even had enough leftovers to take back for two more meals. The service was very friendly and quite quick. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere, most importantly they had the World Cup to watch!

Super oily fish burrito, overpriced and very mediocre.

This was my first time here at Tacos El Callejon in Colton, CA, and I was very excited due to the good Yelp Reviews and when I went on a Friday night the place was popping and very busy. Unfortunately, the food here is so bad and my first choice was to Del Taco because when you go there you don't have any high expectations. My wallet is now $50 lighter SMDH. 4/5 Jamaica Agua Fresca not too bad. It was on point, but I like mine with more tart. 1/5 All of their salsas are too salty not to my liking, especially their cilantro salsa, which was way too salty WTH. 2/5 2 chicken tacos Although the tortilla was OK, the chicken had an OK grilled flavor, it was bland and flavorless. 1/5 Fish burrito. They got a huge piece of fish, but it was too oily flavor and soggy and the burrito itself was bland and flavorless. It would have been better without the beans and put some tarter slaw. I took only a couple of bites and threw it all away, how sad. 1/5 Carne A$$ada burrito was so oily, the carne A$$ada had a nice grilled flavor but lacked in flavor and marinade and most of the carne A$$ada was overcooked. I took 2 bites and threw in the towel SMDH. 1/5 Carne A$$ada Mulita. This was also bland and flavorless. At least the shell was crunchy and that's about it. Service 3/5 Service was OK, had an unsanitary situation and told the Amiga about it, but she seemed to brush it off and take no action. I called the store many times but no one picked up. I wanted to ask if any of their customers asked for any kind of refund because it's sad I can't even finish these 2 burritos. Instead, I had to throw them all away because it was that bad. Not to critique the hard-working ppl more, but even Vallarta supermarket, their Taquería, has better flavor and I can finish all the things I ordered from there. I wish Tacos El Callejon nothing but the best, but for me, this is one and done.

A huge shoutout to Aldo, our server, who made the experience even better. I have a no dairy diet, and he was incredibly accommodating with making changes to my order so I could still fully enjoy my meal. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. It's kid friendly and although it's a bit dark inside they did a good job with decor! The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and you can tell they care about their customers' experience. The birria ramen had the same issue it tasted mostly like salt with very little actual flavor. The tacos were just okay, nothing that stood out. On top of that, the prices are high. The service was also pretty slow, and they only had one salsa option, which unfortunately wasn't good either. There are much better birria spots out there. I gave this place a try because of all the hype, but I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

The employees are nice. As for the food itself, on my first visit I had an amazing al pastor burrito. It was packed with meat, fillings, and flavor. They also separately packaged the salsas, cucumbers, radishes, and limes, which I appreciated. I came back within the same week and ordered an asada burrito. It was still good, but not as generously filled as the burrito from my first visit. They also packed all the radishes, cucumbers, and limes on the same plate as the burrito. As a result, the vegetables were warm and unpalatable. I'm giving 4 stars because my first visit was excellent, but based on my second experience, they do seem to lack some consistency.

The ambiance is giving traditional Mexican spot. They have music playing in the background and an amazing chips and salsa bar. It's very small inside and dine in is limited. Consider taking it to go if you're bigger than a party of 2-4. I ordered a protein taco, shrimp taco, beef taquitos, and a Cali burrito. Nothing skimped! These were all large portions, especially the Cali burrito ( I did not eat but my lunch date said it was bomb). The shrimp taco was good. It had grilled shrimp (but the shrimp was slightly over cooked or it's pre cooked shrimp that they grill), cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and cabbage, and crema on two corn tortillas. The corn tortilla could also be heated a bit more because the toppings are so heavy, it shredded up while eating it. Overall, it was a decent taco. The protein taco (I chose carne asada) was on a nice hedge of lettuce and had tomatoes, cream, onions, and cilantro. This I really enjoyed and thought it was a unique concept. The meat had a nice flavor and it's just a simple dish excited well. The beef taquitos We're crispy and came topped with lettuce, tomato, and crema w/ guacamole on the side. They were made well but what took away from it was I could taste the oil it was fried in and it wasn't a pleasant after taste. This place is on a soft opening so they may be working out the kinks. Definitely give this place a try. They have all the condiments and sides, including beans at the chips and salsa bar and the food was good overall.

I must have gotten the wrong things to order cause what I got last evening was not the move…read more Apparently I should have gotten their fish dishes cause I got their carne asada tacos and it was interesting. Let's start with the tacos. They were very greasy and suuuuuper salty. I like my carne asada to be flavorful but whoever marinated the meat that day was either heavy on the salt or over marinated. I'm leaning on over marinated cause the texture of the asada was terrible. It was mushy and stringy when probably mean it marinated too long. Maybe the choice of meat was had too? It just tasted like ground beef and not flap meat like most places do it. It was the same story for the California burrito. I love a good California. Probably one of my favorite burritos to get. But Bahia was not it. Again same problem with the meat. Overly salty and meat texture was off. Ironically enough, the parts that didn't have any meat were very good. Now when it came down the service the lady behind the counter was very nice and the restaurant itself was very clean. So I do give them props for that. Maybe I'll come back and try their seafood/fish dishes since that seems to be what they are known for but if it's based of the asada, wasn't a good first impression.

Although their prices are high, $16 for a torta, it's usually worth it, because their portions are quite generous. Earlier today, I ordered a torta to go, and I ended up extremely disappointed when I got home. It had literally half the meat, half the beans, and half the cheese that it normally does. This was the first time I'd been disappointed with their food, but I decided to call and express my dissatisfaction. I was passed to the manager who handled the situation in the most unprofessional way. I explained the issue to him, and he insisted that my torta today had the same amount of meat, beans, and cheese as always. I disagreed with him, and he responded angrily, "Everybody makes mistakes!" He raised his voice and repeated it a couple of times. It was completely bizarre that he chose to speak to me as if I was the one who'd done something wrong. It's very childish to do a subpar job and then get upset and frustrated when you're called on it. An adult apologizes and pledges to not blow it again. Anyhow, I don't tolerate disrespectful people so I'm done. I won't spend another penny there.
