Writing from a food coma. Believe me when I say we love this place. We've visited twice this week and twice last week, and have brought friends who were also blown away by the quality and value. They have specials every weekday, so it's always a good day to go! So far we've tried every special except the Monday torta at least once, as well as the various loaded fries and michelada. It's all good. The fish for the Friday mojarra frita was a touch dry but $12 for that entire plate? You don't find that anywhere else! Highly recommend. Please support them! read more

Tacos That Feed the Soul This was my first time here and my first-ever review, and I'm glad it's for this spot. Tacos Bahia Fish , shrimp burritos, and ceviche de camarón were all incredible. Ruben is the reason this place stands out -- welcoming, funny, and genuinely kind. I even saw him give water to someone in need. You don't see compassion like that anymore. I HAD been going there for the last 5 years, today will be the LAST day. We ordered and the service was great, everything was normal. We got our food in a pretty quick time and leave, I live about 7 minutes away so when I sat down and took a bite and all I got was a cold fish taco....all 4 of them. My wife had GRILLED fish tacos that somehow came out cold? I ordered a side of ceviche to go with it, I pulled out 3 chunks of ice and it tasted like watery tomatoes. got a "surf n turf bowl" shrimp w "carne asada" over rice and lettuce which ended up being mushy rice at the bottom it seems the lettuce made it that way and also the carne asada is not carne asada or at least i've never had carne asada like that but it has the texture of like ground beef but more chewy like when u buy cheap meat ill stick to the fish tacos those are always good here read more

Friends were visiting from out of town and craving mariscos, so we tried Tacos Bahía Fish and it did not disappoint! They truly had something for everyone. We ordered micheladas, aguachiles, a chile relleno burrito, and a shrimp cocktail. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Food 10 out of 10 best fish tacos check them out on Tuesdays for the special $1.80 can't beat that but if you can't wait for Tuesday I can't blame you lol and I'm telling you it's by far the best fish tacos I have had out here in the IE. I'm going to try the whole menu a little at a time just wait and see my reviews. Service on the phone 10/10 great customer service in person as well. I work right around the corner from this restaurant. I always say I'm going to try it, but I never did. We'll I finally did today. The food is really good. I had fish tacos and French fries. They were both fire. They have a special on fish tacos on Tuesdays, $1.80. I figured for that price, they were going to be some small, cheap tacos. Looking for a new place to fulfill our Taco Tuesday dates. Found this hidden gem on YELP reviews , raving about the fish tacos so tonight was the night to try. As we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted by the gentleman behind the register. We went late in a Monday afternoon and we were greeted by a very nice lady at the register. It appeared to be only her and the cook, and we had a nice conversation with her. We ordered the fish and shrimp tacos (we ordered both grilled and battered) and we also ordered the Bahia Fish plate. EVERYTHING was delicious! We noticed they have a 'daily specials' menu with tacos on special every Tuesday (of course). So this is definitely our new favorite spot. read more

If it is one thing I dislike the most is buying food and it not being good. Came across this place by accident and decided to give it a try since it looked very good from the pictures shown on the windows. I got a torta de asada and it was okay it had a very citrusy flavor in it that empowered the flavors of everything else. It barely had any carne asada and was filled more with beans than anything. The plate did come with fries which I didn't know when I ordered it but at least the price was decent. Maybe their specialty is more of seafood but I didn't feel like paying 4 bucks for a shrimp taco and wanted something bigger and filling. I also got an agua Fresca de mango which was okay as well, but could also have some improvement. My boyfriend got a surf and turf burrito and was not happy about it either, it only had two shrimps in his whole burrito and it was a good size too. He did not like the carne asada in it either. Took a bit of an L but at least we got to try it out I honestly wouldn't recommend it unless again maybe if you get the shrimp, fish or ceviche entres it will be better. read more

Female cashier was very rude on 5/7/2025, around 8:30pm whoever she was but I wouldn't expect professionalism from people that work at a taco shop. Zero customer service training, seems like they hate their job (wouldn't blame them) but at least have good food. I make better tacos than this. Come here regularly for fish taco Tuesday. $1.75 per taco. Delicious fish perfectly battered and fried. Cabbage adds the crunch. Sauce completes it. Salsa and the onions elevate it further. First time visiting we ordered take out. Everything was well packed and the cashier was friendly. Second time we visited we dined in. The food was as great, from when we ordered take out. Very fresh seafood platters. The ambience is ok. There was no loud Banda music, that's a plus for me, and you can actually hear the person in front of you talking. I ordered the tostada de camarón and shared the nachos with my husband. Both plates were great, kinda got shocked about the mayo on the nachos. Will come again to try something new read more

My husband got the "asado" in a bowl with tortillas on the side, it was freshly prepared and had great taste. We ordered machaca with rice and beans, a chicken quesadilla and torta de pierna - everything was delicious. The owner / cook was present and she had great service when taking our order and after following up to ask questions about our experience. His is a family owned business, it's like visiting family with quality and love showing through their dishes. We will be back!

I…read morementioned that I needed to use the restroom, and no one said anything about a "customers only" rule. After I used it and we decided we didn't want anything, the cashier told us we had to buy something because I used the restroom. If that's their policy, it should be communicated before someone uses the restroom, not afterward. The way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary. Instead of politely explaining the rule, the cashier demanded and insisted we had to purchase something, even though we were genuinely considering ordering when we came in. Respect goes both ways, and the interaction left us feeling unwelcome. Clear communication and basic courtesy would've prevented this situation.

The guacamole was fresh, the meat was cooked well, my only critique was it tasted a little salty. This could be preference because I'm sensitive to salt. The ambiance here is casual. They do play Spanish music, which is a nice touch to the establishment. I also like that you can watch your food be prepared.

The restaurant is the only Mexican restaurant in the strip mall.
