Jose was very professional and offered me almost the same as f I were to bring home trays for guests to serve themselves...except it was SO much better!!! And SO much nicer!!! He responded to my texts and emails promptly, explained everything to me when inquiring about his offer, was patient and gave suggestions. I hired Jose to serve a taco bar for a small afternoon wedding reception. He arrived early to set up and start to cook. He brought everything he would need including cooking and serving tables, plastic ware, plates, a couple of salsas, beverage and cups, and it all looked so nice. I'm sorry but tacos were NOT good. Some of the kids even threw away the tacos that they made them. I stuck with the horchata.

We booked Jose for our daughter's 1st birthday party this past Sunday. He arrived early to set up his work station. The food was great! We had about 35 adults and 10 children. We got lots of compliments on the food. The only reason he isn't getting 5 stars is he forgot to bring cheese to make quesadillas for the kids. We had several messages about the quesadillas prior to the party and he confirmed he could do them no problem. My husband had to leave the party to go to the store and buy cheese. Pretty disappointed about that but he did an awesome job otherwise. I would recommend him but make sure you remind him about any special requests. read more

We asked for a refund for our deposit since it wasn't our fault we had to cancel, it was state mandated, and we were told we would not get our $150 dollars back.
