I was drawn to this place because of the picture of the al pastor prepared in the traditional way, on the spit. When we arrived the spit was empty, but they still offered carne al pastor. I ordered it and to be honest I'm not sure what type of meat I was eating. Which is both disconcerting and disgusting. These are probably the worst tacos I have had here in perris. 2 1/2 years ago when I moved here they were good, not anymore. I try them every now and again to see if there is a chance they are good. There's no chance. They are disgusting, no flavor that leaves you satisfied. My left over pizza from lil ceaser tasted better then the Carne asada and pastor tacos I had from here today. read more

I went before and after the remodeling. Food was great before and now its definitely not the same. The pastor is still good but not cut of the trompo and into the tortilla. The meat its placed on top of a hot disco which caused it to dry. The asada has a weird tast, and finally check your order. Two times once i got home something was missing. The Wife and I walked in here and it was real busy. I'm always looking for a great taco spot and I found it. I ate 10 tacos here. 2 Carne Asada, 2 Al Pastor and 6 Carnitas. All of the tacos tasted great. My favorites were the Carnitas. They were fresh, not dried out at all. They were juicy, but not fat or greasy and had a great flavor. The salsa's were spicy, but not so hot that they overpowered the food. Just spicy enough, a great compliment to the tacos. The Horchata was fresh and tasted real good as well. The Staff was super friendly. The guy who was making the tacos greeted everyone who came in and talked me into the last 4 tacos. I forgot about one of the most important part of the experience, the tacos were only $1 a piece. You cannot go wrong with inexpensive and great tasting food. read more

Every time my family goes here we get upset stomachs. I don't think we'll be coming back especially after seeing all the flies in the restaurant. This taco spot gets busy at night. The menu is very simple and the food varies from okay to good. It's not the cleanest place to eat and the floors and almost always slippery because of the grease that comes from the grill. The staff works really hard but they never forget to be polite. My order has never been incorrect which is great considering how many people fill this restaurant late night. read more
