Stopped by here to try it after we found this on yelp! Driving in from CA there aren't many stops as you approach AZ, so wanted to try something different than a chain. So glad we did! A hidden gem tucked away but their yellow trailer stands out if you're looking for it. We enjoyed the carne asada tacos, meat was well prepared, and the salsa was really good!! We are already on our way back as we head out. Service was quick, friendly and some benches to sit and eat but since it's so hot, we opted for dining in the car. Definitely worth a try!! read more

Yummy, cool taco truck! We got a Torta (pollo), Quesadillas (added pollo), and a pollo burrito. The food was hearty and delicious! The salsa verde tasted fresh and had a good kick. The folks were warm and friendly and we appreciated the covered outdoor tables - a welcome respite from the long drive between L.A. and Phoenix. Be sure to bring enough cash or use Zelle. Driving to Arizona from Josua Tree and was starving for some grub, long stretch of bad food options, so we tried to hold out for something good. We happened to stop for gas, and I hit up my boo Yelp to see what was coming up ahead, and the Heavens parted and gave us a legit taco truck next to the gas station we were at. The pastor has chuncks of pineapple as it should. Food deets NACHOS-Both the Chicken and Asada were loaded to the max. Creamy cheese, which was OK, real shredded cheese would take these up another notch. However, they were still full of flavor, and the chips remained crunchy throughout the meal. Quesadilla with Pastor was the star of the show! The tortilla was fresh, almost like it was homemade. Big chunks of onions and Pastor were a perfect harmony to cut through all the cheese. Chicken Burrito-My 8 year old got this and ate the entire burro. It was delicious and wrapped tight as a good burrito should be. It's like going to a hole in the wall but it's a taco truck. It's basically in the middle of nowhere. It's a pit stop for gas and truckers. I ordered the chorizo burrito and it's a good size. Cooked fresh and pretty fast. Very good chorizo and it wasn't overly stuffed with potatoes, it was just enough. Hubby ordered carnitas tacos and he said they were cooked. Oh man! Stop here if you're taking the 10 in either direction. We stopped here after taking the 8 to bypass Phoenix as there weren't many places on our way. We saw the reviews and they do not lie! My husband and I split a carne asada torta and each got a carne asada taco. The food comes out piping hot. I mean hot! The meat was sooo good and the bread and Tortilla, same! It can be a little hot out, we visited in late April and it was about 100 outside so if that bothers you, you can eat in your car. We didn't have an issue with flies when we were there. Wow I am definitely happy we stopped by this taco truck!! We had to make a trip out here to Tonopah and decided to give one of the taco trucks close by a try since we were feeling sorta hungry! Of course we ordered some tacos which included El Pastor, Carne Asada. But I personally ordered their Quesadilla Azteca and Horchata. We were not disappointed at all!!! The meat to the tacos was very delicious and not to mention the quesadilla, the chorizo with carne asada and cilantro and cheese was so tasty even the Horchata was delicious!!!
