I say it like this as if I never had it before lol . Anywho the food .... Ughhkkkkk definitely lots of flavor packed in this one. Quality was good. Service was mediocre I mean I don't expect much from a food truck. The price was ok. I bought 3 birria's and a soup for 21.18. Kinda pricey from average but still a great experience. I've been following them for awhile on IG and have seen them in this location daily for a couple years now. They are located on the street just outside of the Cardenas parking lot. Usually there is a line outside but not today, probably due to the crazy wind. I walked up looked at the menu and placed my order. The ladies working in the truck are not the friendliest, not really rude but not welcoming at all. After I placed my order I was giving a post-it with a number on it. Waited less then 10 minutes and they called my number. I decided to eat in my car since the wind was ridiculous. When I opened my plate I noticed the tacos were large corn tortillas but very skimpy on the birria. Thought, no big deal as long as the flavor makes up for it. Well it didn't. No flavor at all even after I put all the fixings. I expect a certain flavor profile when it comes to birria since my family makes it from scratch and so do I. This didn't have any of those flavors. I opened the consomé thinking okay as long as this is rich and flavorful it will save the tacos. Well, again it wasn't. No flavor or richness to the consomé and it just kept separating, which was just kinda unappealing. Was it okay for a quick fix? Sure. Was it worth the price? No. Will I be back? Nope!! Maybe it was an off day for them, I don't know but I'll just stick to another place in Fontana if I need a quick fix or just make it myself. read more

I was way too hungry and sadly forgot to take a picture. We tried coming here yesterday but it was late and they had ran out of birria. Luckily we were in the area again today so we had ordered 4 quesabirria, & 1 of the birria noodles. Let me just tell you how good my car smelled lol. We probably waited about 10-15 minutes for our order which was fine but I wish they had some tents or something so people who wait have some shade. We drove back home and ate our food & everything was still pipping hot & delicious. They packed them little quesabirrias with tons of meat & cheese. I've only tried the Birria-Sopa from this location but I highly recommend it to anyone who likes birria and doesn't mind a bit of experimentation. As other reviewers have mentioned, staff is not all too friendly or welcoming. Ordering is usually quick though as it is almost never busy. The birria-sopa is a bowl of tapatio flavored cup of noodles filled with warm consommé and topped with some birria. You are given some onion and cilantro on the side to add to the bowl. One bowl is almost too much for me to eat in one sitting but it is so good. I recommend using the entire flavor packet for the soup, it isn't too spicy so most people should be able to handle it. The combination of the noodles and the consommé is delicious, and the pieces of birria throughout make the soup quite an experience. My inly gripe was I wish they would give more onion to go along with the soup, as the amount given feels small and leaves one wanting more. Overall in terms of flavor, texture, and portion though, a great meal! read more

It would be a disservice if I didn't ‍ I ordered 2 quesobirrias and some consome 1) the quesobirrias has NO FLAVOR NONE!! 2) they were super duper dry (meat) and the shell was breaking apart on the bottom, so now it turned into a sandwich 3) the consome also had no flavor I would never ever ever go back here ever! I've been searching for a good birria spot and this might just be it. The food was a bit pricey but well worth the money. I got 2 birria tacos and a quesabirria, let me tell you the quesabirria would have been enough it was pretty big. I was excited that this is beef and not goat as I am not a fan of goat birria. First of all let me start off by saying that these people cannot stand food criticism they will block you instead of trying to issue a fix to the situation. The service is horrible they take orders halfway then Hangup to call back and finish what should of been the order. If you place an order through the phone if you don't call them too check on your order they won't make it. I placed a big order with a total of 8 quesabirria and tacos all combined I went on my break from work they wanted me to wait longer to separate my order when it should have already been separated. I orginally had initial contact with them in Instagram when I reported my complaint to Them instead of fixing it they BLOCKED ME ! I always call to make an order for pick up today 2/28/2021 I call to make an order the girl puts me on hold so I get there and see the girl that put me on Hold just standing around talking to the cook once I get to the window she tells me to wait goes to the back of the truck and disappears for like 4 min once she comes to take my order she tells me to still wait and then answers the phone I told her I'm here and she laughs and takes my order I get it when they are busy but they literally had 2 people there and they had taken their order so their is no way they were busy ! So I been following this page on IG for a couple of months now and I was so excited to try so I went and won't be going back . To start off the two ladies working were very rude , literally almost shut that little window on someone's hand after being handed napkins for her order . They look like they are miserable working there . Secondly, the Prices ..... super high ! They don't show them anywhere for the same reason that they are ridiculously high , I payed $29 for 1 torta ( which the bread was hard ) , 2 quesabirrias ( not much meat in them ) & 1 consomé . Quesabirrias were bomb! Got an order to go, and they packed individual baggies of lemon, red onion (in lime juice), radishes, cilantro, and diced white onion. As well as a salsa. I wish they also had birria to order, but they only have consomé. read more

Great new taco spot that popped up in the form of a food truck. The taco set up is pretty standard issue. They offer asada, chicken, chorizo, and pastor. To drink they even offer aguas frescas. The tortillas are even hand made. Worth trying it out next time you're craving tacos. read more

I was excited to try this place out because I've heard raving reviews from other customers. I get there on a Saturday night, almost 8 PM, and I go up to order. I ask for a burrito but the lady said, "We're not selling burritos tonight. Sorry." I then ask for tacos de birria and she says, "We don't have birria." So I cave in and just order tacos de asada and some drinks. The tacos were okay. Nothing spectacular. It is overpriced. I paid $24 for ten tacos and two drinks. Maybe next time they'll have birria since that's what they post all over their social media. At least let your customers know that you're out of the meat. Put a sign on your truck. I have been driving past this food trucks for a week and every time there is a line of people outside it. To me that says either people are curious or the food is good. Last night I dropped by and had gotten some tacos and Muleta. These tacos were good. Compared to other tacos spots in the area this is the best. I hope they stick around for a while because I really loved the tacos and not many places around here produce this good of a product. The tortillas are made fresh, and have a great selection of toppings and salsas. The Jamaica is good but the horchata isn't the best. It not a deal breaker. It does take a little while to get food depending on how many people are there but it's definitely worth it. Will be back soon. read more
