Los mejores tacos. Estuvimos aquí en 2021 y ahora 2025 regresamos desde Albuquerque,Nm porque en ninguna parte hemos encontrado comida y aguas frescas tan auténticas

Burritos and Birria tacos are good. They also have Menudo on the weekends, which is good as well. They have a variety of aguas frescas which is a plus . It sometimes gets too busy but overall must try !

Best birria taco and carne asada burrito! First tried this in 2019, a good and authentic hole in the wall restaurant. Servings were quite larger back then but their flavors are still the same when I had them again just recently. Smoky carne asada and crispy, tender, juicy, and cheesy birria tacos. Such a showstopper with the consomé. Don't forget to try their guava agua frescas! They have overflowing salsa and onions with cilantro. The staff are nice and they have clean restroom. They are cash only though, good thing they have ATM right inside the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Greasiest tacos ever, and smallest, but no objection from me. Maybe it was just broth. Whatever it was, was done right. I ate it in the parking lot. I didn't go in because I dropped my mask in the parking lot and...yuk. Mrs. Yelper did the purchase.

The place was pretty busy, service was great. Eating the food was great but once I got home I felt sick and have been in and out the bathroom all day today. Maybe it was the cuts I ordered because my friend got different meats on her tacos and she was fine. Will prob try this place again if I know i don't have anything to do the next day.

This place is the worse place ever order Teo menudos to go they don't take card but they have the ATM right next to the register but they have no sign posted saying no card only cash but the worse this is that I had to drive home to realize they did not put grano hominy on my menudo. They waste more gas driving out there to get this order corrected not nice same thing they gave me the menudo same way and the hominy separated so I have to mix both menudos to fix it oh hell no bad bad service. Next time when I feel like having a menudo I'll make my own at home I think is the best way to go.

The food was really good. My husband got some tacos & I got a carnitas burrito. It was big filled me right up. And their salsa is really good also. But the restaurant it self is outdated & hot. The tables are kind of dirty but it gets busy so I understand why they didn't have a chance to keep up with it. And also they only accept cash. That sucks but they have a atm in there so you can take out money

What I always order (and I'm boringly consistent) is Two hard shell shredded beef tacos with rice and beans. The tacos always arrive with the perfect amount of meat, crisp lettuce, and a tasty amount of cheese. The shell stays crispy and never turns into a soggy tortilla which is a win! Rice is fluffy and well seasoned. The Beans are creamy, savory, and basically soul-warming! I can never finish the beans the portions are good. The Hubby gets the carne asada burrito, which is so huge it could double as a pillow after a long day. He swears it's delicious and I've "sampled" a bite and yes, the flavor is there, very satisfying. Chips and salsa come complimentary even with to-go orders! It's around $32 for my taco plate and the carne asada burrito is a bit more but you're getting a lot of goodness for your bucks. We always order take-out, and somehow - somehow - the food lands back home still warm. Magic? Maybe! We've never eaten in so I can't speak to the dine-in vibe. Reason being it is a tiny restaurant but it always looks clean and has a sitting area for to-go orders. My only tiny gripe when we call to place an order, there are moments where I'm on hold while the staff seem to have a full-blown conversation. Ten minutes later, they remember I'm on the line. It's not a deal breaker, just a "huh, okay" moment I file under "worth the wait for the fix." Bottom line: Expect satisfaction from El Chilitos. It's my dependable, no-surprises, "I'm craving comfort Mexican food" go-to. Consistent quality, reliable flavors, and a taxi-cab of a burrito. My pictures are horrible but I promise to eat there again and share more!

This place is located in strip mall out in Rialto. As soon as I walked in, I can tell this place was a chill place to eat with very friendly people serving you. I was really excited to sit down and order. I ended up getting the #9 (or #5? It's been a while and they're similar). Either way, this order gives you a good sample of a lot what they have to offer. If the #9, it comes with a panucho, a salbute, a polcan, an empanada de carne, a taco de cochinita de pibil, and a taco relleno. The amazing flavors and textures. I was like a kid in a candy store with this meal. Everything was delicious all washed down with the Modelo. It's a little far for me, but definitely would love to stop by again if I'm in the area or driving through.

Long review but I think it's important to say what needs to be said:…read more THE SHORT VERSION; First time visiting this place since reviews were generally good and it's truly something special to see a restaurant specializing in Yucatecan food only. The food was different than your standard Mexican offering and overall very good, good seasoning and portions. Pricing was not out of what would be expected for quality Mexican food. The service, unfortunately, was half baked, which is really sad for me to see as a staunch supporter of local, immigrant owned businesses and being a child of immigrants myself and knowing how much hard work is involved in maintaining a business alive. THE LONGER VERSION; It was apparent that the waitress that served us during our visit could not only benefit from more training in offering (and caring to offer) a better customer service experience / better table side communication but also needs to make the connection about how her actions affect the livelihood of a business that others have undoubtedly worked very hard for. But, I guess this assumes she wants to genuinely work there. To begin with, my party was greeted by a poorly delivered and off putting joke about making sure she served us lots of alcohol; delivered in a way that in Spanish is known as "ser llevado" or overly familiar. Odd to make jokes like that when you just met someone visiting your business for the first time, but we passed it off as just a poor attempt to connect. Fine, we moved on. The music was extremely loud. When we asked if it could be lowered somewhat, she lowered the volume from an 11 to a 2, which then made the ask not only awkward but almost passive aggressive. (I only say this because once we left, we heard the volume quickly go back to 11, as if they were just waiting for us to leave to crank the volume back up again). The waitress did explain the dishes well, letting us know what the unique ones were. However, in the middle of our conversation a guy walked through the door and it was obvious that there's a connection between them because she then got more impatient explaining things to us as said guy moved to sit at a table towards the back of the restaurant. We completed our order, she served us and then kind of disappeared to wait on the other table, we thought. When she did happen to pass by our table again, I politely asked for additional plates and silverware, when she had a chance, to which she replied that I could pick them up myself from near the register area. Her response seemed out place since we were dining in and we were under the impression that she was our waitress, so I asked her again for silverware, not plastic utensils. Again, she told me that I could pick up plastic utensils myself from the register, pointing, "see they're right there" and walked away to the kitchen. We were still processing the exchange, a bit in disbelief, when she then appeared with requested silverware and additional plates but visibly annoyed and in some kind of hurry. It was really hard to focus on enjoying our meal after that. The waitress then made her way to the back table to sit next to, one could now only presume was her boyfriend, and we never saw her again. She never checked on us, asked if we needed anything, etc. Her priority was staying seated and chatting it up with that guy. Who did come to check on us was the owner, who seems to have cooked the meals and walked out of the kitchen to speak with us. He asked if we had enjoyed the food, if it was our first time there, talked about how he sourced his ingredients, shared some of the restaurant's history. Then he walked away to continue working. Unfortunately, we were forced to engage again with the waitress (who remained seated at the back table) and had to ask her across the restaurant where we should pay. Before she answered from her chair (didn't even get up to speak with us and was getting ready to yell back at us from her seat) the owner appeared at the register and told us we could pay with him. Unfortunately, the whole service experience did negatively color our desire to return to this place again. Giving more like 3.5 stars because the food was good but not enough to overlook the unpleasant service.

I'm glad they kept the truck even after opening a restaurant because this Rialto location, parked outside Walmart near Willow and Baseline, is very convenient for us. They honestly have some of the best fish and shrimp tacos and burritos in the area. The seafood is usually fresh, crispy, and flavorful, and the sauce they use brings everything together perfectly. Our favorite burritos are the Baja King Burrito and the Surf and Turf Burrito. We've also tried their carne asada fries, which were some of the best we've had, and the shrimp and octopus cocktail, which was also really good--fresh, flavorful, and a great option when you want something lighter than tacos or a burrito. The only reason I took off one star was because of one Taco Tuesday experience when the fish tacos were $1.75. The fish tasted like it had been fried in old or overused oil. I understand they may have been handling a lot of orders that day, and thankfully it only happened once. Every other visit has been consistently good. Another big plus is that you can call ahead and place your order by phone. That's what we usually do, so the food is ready when we arrive. Overall, Baja King is one of our family's go-to food trucks for seafood tacos, burritos, and more. We'll definitely keep coming back
