    Pastor tacos & burritos
    Michelle S.

Wow. Hands down the best tacos and pastor burrito I've had in Fresno. The tortillas were soft and fresh. The Pastor was juicy and flavorful. The grilled onions on the side were so good. Everything that I ordered was perfect. I went to the truck last weekend and the food was great. I went back again today to see if last weekend was a fluke. But to my pleasant surprise the food was just as good this weekend as it was last weekend. Honestly I was wanting their tacos all week. Such a wonderful end to the work week. The truck is located across the street from the Costco parking lot on Shaw. The truck is a little tucked away but so well worth the search. Once you eat their food you will thank me.

YALLLL finally I found a good taco truck on my side of town!! I thought I was gonna have to move! The food is amazing, the customer service is amazing, and their timing is amazing! The meat is probably the best meat I've had in a long time. They seem fairly new so I was a little skeptical to try them due to lack of ratings but I'm glad I did. My only complaint is that I wish the tortillas were more crispy or at least double layered because they were almost too soft for all the fillings. I also REALLY wish the jalapeño pictured was pickled because that had me drooling then a bit disappointed. Try their al pastor and quesotacos you will not regret it. Paired with a lime jarito or horchata and you've got yourself a meal. Definitely making this my new taco spot.

    Quesataco! Really good!

I was a bit skeptical about this taco truck based off the reviews. I'm glad I tried them out. Food is pretty good! The quesataco are not as greasy as other places same with the tacos. Tortillas are made fresh (handmade) and al pastor meat is delicious! Especially mixed with their salsa! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is for not providing consume with the queso tacos. (which I don't mind) but also because I ordered to go and my food was a bit cold. I would recommend you eat out there or inside your car to get the fresh taste ! Prices are reasonable

After my long awaited want to try this truck out - I finally did! And I want to kick myself for waiting so long to finally try it. I ordered 6 tacos asadas, 2 tacos cabeza and a chicken quesadilla... Each had great flavoring. Plates also had grilled onions and a jalepeno - definitely a nice change from the norm of onions, cilantro & cabbage. So 5 star and a must try from me

It's simple, nothing beats freshly cooked tortillas! The al pastor, chicken and asada are my favorite. The mulita de al pastor is also a must-try! They provide you with a variation of salsas. Also ask for the cebollitas asadas. They have aguas frescas also, it's always 2 different types. Please try it here cause you won't regret it!

You can't help but notice the taco trailer across from Costco when driving by at night. We'll, my wife never noticed it, but I had. What, with all the lights and tent seating area. The menu has your standard tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. What stood out was on the right side of the menu, mulitas and alambre. Quick Google search and I get real excited. Mulas! We had mulas in Tijuana. I talk to the girl behind the counter about how I discovered them last year in TJ. Evidently most Mexicans have never heard of them, so now I'm feeling good about myself. Then she asks if I've ever heard of huarache's. Yeah! The shoe right? Oh the food? Nope. Back to the uncool Mexican lol. Anyways, the mulas here were not like in TJ. You have the option of flour or corn tortillas. I switched it up and went flour. But by the time I got home, the bottom tortilla was too soggy to hold. My plate was a drippy mess when I was done. I'm going corn next time, and asada instead of barbacoa. That was the other impressive thing about this stand. The meat options were not your standard asada, adobada, chicken. Asada yes, but I've never seen barbacoa outside of Chipotle. Pleasant surprise. My wife loved her quesadilla. My kids didn't like the onion in their tacos and picked it all out. Little brats lol. I'm sure we will come back another late evening Imabigdeal@yelp.com

Loved the asada tacos, white corn tortillas were hot and soft and the size of the tacos are a good size.

Waited no more than 10mins for these donuts and they came out hot and fresh. They were so cute and delicious! I tried to get asada tacos but he told me they ran out, then a lady comes to order asada and she gets it somehow. I thought that was strange... I think I ordered cabeza, Lengua, tripas and don't remember what else. The topping station is self serve. They barely had any more toppings but I think it's cus it was by the end of the night... I do appreciate the fact they had regular diced onions, grilled onions and the onions with the habanero. Three different kinds of onions. The spicy sauce was just OK. And the other sauces I didn't really care for much. The truck is parked in a corner parking lot.
