The service was horrible there was hair in my food. And the service was horrible. I asked for birria tacos and they gave me a quesadilla and severely allergic to cheese .

Be prepared to wait for a very long time. They also skip your number and call 10 number after you randomly.

I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of yummy coleslaw. The sandwich came with several single serving size containers of bbq sauce. The pulled pork was very tender, moist and smoked deliciously. Soft hoagie roll. The bbq sauce was very flavorful and not spicy which is how I like it. I loved the coleslaw because it wasn't too mayonnaisey, more of a subtle vinegar flavor. My son ordered the brisket with collard greens which he says, you can't truly be a bbq restaurant without collard greens. He loved them and the brisket was tender and lean. His husband ordered a tri tip sandwich with the Mac n cheese along with a made to order Blackberry Lemonade. They both loved their meals. We all agreed we'd return for another meal. Tge desserts looks delicious! Bread pudding, peach cobbler and a couple other choices. Like I said, another day to indulge in dessert. It is outdoor seating only on picnic tables. You could see the owner and his assistant working hard to prepare the meals. They had a steady stream of guests. Good location with parking very close by.

I got tri tip instead of my beef link without notice. And respectfully, the tri tip and Brisket was so sliced so thin and very dry...tough to chew in. Especially for almost spending $30 dollars.

I need to expand my range of their menu next time, but the crying tiger and dipping sauce is just so dang good. The folks who work this truck are helpful and kind too. One time out at the college, they ran out of, if you can believe it... sticky rice! They did notify us before we ordered, but again, that steak and dipping sauce was just something I couldn't resist. They quickly offered to replace it with eggrolls and we got 4! (There was another time that they did not come out to a scheduled spot due to weather. And I wondered about food trucks not coming out due to rain, is it a functionality thing for the truck or do they think people won't be out and about to purchase? Because let me tell you staff love a chance to order food that isn't the cafe without having to leave campus! Haha)

But I can see why people were threatened at River Park because the food was so good. The Larb was excellent and the beef was well marinaded. I only got a couple items and I wish I ordered more. If you haven't been to this truck, you are missing out. If you are a fan of larb, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't regret it.

You can also really tell he cares about the quality of the food he puts out and wants to make sure that his customers are given the best. I went with my mom to try it out near Reclaimed Mt. Goods in Madera. My mom is from the Philippines and often misses home food. I got the sisig fries, and my mom got the IDK plate. They let us sub out the pork lumpia for an extra vegetable lumpia, which was nice. My mom loved the food and said it tasted like hers. I agreed with hers after taking a bite. My sisig fries were loaded and very filling--I only ended up eating half the box. I love the attention to detail--the fried egg, the mayo, the furikake, and the calamansi--everything was perfect together. The food truck itself is covered in stickers and also has fruit juices and Filipino snacks that we enjoyed seeing. I love the decorations/designs on the truck as well. After we finished that, we got some halo-halo, and it was also great. My mom especially liked the homemade ube leche flan. Everything was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.
