Be prepared to wait for a very long time. They also skip your number and call 10 number after you randomly.

Asked for Al pastor tacos and was given some other meat that was spicy. Went to Fresno street eats at sierra vista mall.

This is a hidden gem (?) at least to me, in downtown Fresno. I live 30 minutes away but was…read moredowntown for a play at the Saroyan Theater. This food truck is like a kitchen on wheels. I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of yummy coleslaw. The sandwich came with several single serving size containers of bbq sauce. The pulled pork was very tender, moist and smoked deliciously. Soft hoagie roll. The bbq sauce was very flavorful and not spicy which is how I like it. I loved the coleslaw because it wasn't too mayonnaisey, more of a subtle vinegar flavor. My son ordered the brisket with collard greens which he says, you can't truly be a bbq restaurant without collard greens. He loved them and the brisket was tender and lean. His husband ordered a tri tip sandwich with the Mac n cheese along with a made to order Blackberry Lemonade. They both loved their meals. We all agreed we'd return for another meal. Tge desserts looks delicious! Bread pudding, peach cobbler and a couple other choices. Like I said, another day to indulge in dessert. It is outdoor seating only on picnic tables. You could see the owner and his assistant working hard to prepare the meals. They had a steady stream of guests. Good location with parking very close by.

I've ordered many times from this place before and it was pretty solid. However, I ordered 3 meat…read morecombo today. I ordered ribs/brisket and beef links. I got tri tip instead of my beef link without notice. And respectfully, the tri tip and Brisket was so sliced so thin and very dry...tough to chew in. Especially for almost spending $30 dollars.

So I have a friend who sworn to me this place had the best egg rolls so I said, say less…read more I made a pit stop tin Fresno as I was on my way to LA. The location is right next to a gas station so little parking available. They have a food truck outside next to their dine-in inside. I like that they have a limited menu so that's was good. I will say this, I've never had Hmong food so I am not sure how it should taste. I order half dozen egg rolls and three spring rolls, and a large Nab Vam drink. The egg rolls were crispy, although the glass noodles inside caught me off guard. Actually, I didn't like them... I do like their sweet and spicy sauce though. The spring rolls were nice and thick, and I like that they add pork to theirs. Definitely filling. However, their peanut sauce is overwhelming spicy. It kinda masks the nutty flavor of the peanut butter. The drink was ok. I love how colorful it was. I listen to the guy and shake my drink well, but I didn't find it no where sweet. I think I had expectations that it would taste like a boba drink but yea it felt off for me. Other wise, it's ok. I ended up disagreeing with my friend on the eggrolls claim lol
