Realizing Torchy's serves those, I punched in an order on the app for a Potato, Egg, Cheese breakfast taco and a Migas taco. During my order, I also ordered a fresh avocado taco cause why not? You can never have enough tacos if you ask me. Pulling in to the parking lot, my order was ready and I navigated through the storm back to the hotel to dig in. Upon unwrapping the breakfast taco, it was warm with the cheese melted and satisfied my breakfast craving. Now for the migas, the tortillas almost fell apart, likely due to the pico de gallo and tomatillo salsa; I did enjoy the crunch that came with the tortilla strips tucked inside. The fresh avocado taco was meh, the avocado is fresh but that's all you taste. Could've used more seasoning and some more beans for a balanced taco. But nevertheless, it's hard to knock the taste of an ingredient like an avocado. If you've been to one Torchy's, you've been to them all. Now I can say I visited the one in College Station.
