People were very nice. The food was also incredible. We got the Sesame Sweet Heat Chik'n Sandwich (Fried Oyster Mushroom w homemade Sesame Sriracha sauce on Toasted bun | Spicy Pickles | Sriracha mayo | Sesame ginger Cabbage slaw). This darn sandwich was better than most of the real spicy chicken sandwiches I've had in my lifetime. Extremely crispy mushrooms with a very flavorful, spicy sauce, excellent pickles, and a slaw that tied it all together. We finished it all with a giant watermelon juice. They blended a whole watermelon, and then served it back to us with a big straw. This thing had so much tasty juice in it, we were drinking it for like the next hour. Very cool stuff. This was my first time at, Slime The Conch Man food truck. I am glad that I was in the area, saw the information on Yelp, and stopped by. The lady who took the order, was really pleasant. My husband ordered our food. I wanted conch salad, so since we're from Miami, we decided to get the conch salad that was named "Miami Style." :-) We ordered 2 medium cups that were $17 a piece. There were also zero veggies: no onions, no peppers, etc. The fries were nice and crispy. The sodas were warm. They had no napkins. All in all, a decent truck.

They separate their menu with different areas of the world. I ordered quesabirria tacos which is said to manage "La Cruda" (a hangover). That, I did not have but I will say is probably one of the most tastiest birria tacos I have had in a long time. We also ordered Colombian empanadas and salchipapas. They are typical Colombian street food dishes. They were excellent. We called in our order than picked it up where they were parked. It was easy, convenient, & friendly. Everything was perfection. So glad I was able to try them and I hope they come visit again soon!
