The appetizers, pizza, and salad were so delicious. I was running on adrenaline, as I'm sure most brides do, and still took note of their hustle. It was delicious! My husband ordered the pepperoni which was equally good. We devoured them pretty quickly. The edges were blackened but still flavorful - exactly what I imagined for a wood fired pizza! I heard that the margherita is amazing so I plan to try that next time. Both were well made and had plenty of flavor. The cashier at the food truck was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. Their menu items can be a bit pricey but quality ingredients are used and you can taste the difference. I'm glad we tried The Frenchman out.

Fried chicken goodness on a brioche, plenty of jalapeno slices, cheese, and an aioli. The brioche bun was fluffy and did a great job of holding all of the flavor into bites. A side of fries that were great compliment to the richness of the sandwich. The sandwich was a great balance of spicy and buttery. No ketchup or other condiments needed.
