Takes a bit for the pizza to be ready (20-25min) but I think that was because we had to wait for other people's orders to be made before our pizza. I mean it's a woodfired oven so shouldn't be in there for that long (unless you like super charred haha!) There was the perfect amount of sauce to tired things together. I love that there wasn't tons of cheese drowning out the flavors. So delicious, and looking forward to trying other creations. My toddler even ate the onions on the pizza!!! They specialize in Colombian street food, particularly empanadas and hot dogs. Service is quick and they make everything to order. They have a couple of tables and chairs in front of their set-up to enjoy the food. The perro caliente is the star of their menu; I've never had anything like it before coming here. In addition to your standard hot dog, they add mozzarella cheese and onions topped with pineapple sauce, mayoketchup, garlic mayo, and crushed potato chips. The combination sounds wild but the flavors cohesively come together for a delicious bite. I don't even like hot dogs but I was sold in the unique sweet and savory combination of sauces + the incorporation of potato chips. As for the empanada, you can't go wrong with any of their offerings. I've had both the chicken and beef and they were both so tasty. They fry them on the spot and the shell has the perfect crisp with every bite. It comes with a dipping sauce which I believe is one of their mayo sauces which definitely elevates the empanadas. They also offer frozen empanadas that you could take home! I wish I lived closer to enjoy their offerings on the regular.
