The pulled pork was slightly dry and needed salt, but once salted and dosed with their house-made bbq sauce it made for a great lunch. The potato salad was great, very creamy with a little crunch and tang from red onion. The macaroni salad was OK, a bit bland. The ribs were the high point of the meal. Very large, meaty, juicy, tender. They did need just a touch of salt. All-in-all a very satisfying lunch. It won't be another two years before I'm back.
