Everything is made to order, so we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the outdoor seating area had a fun vibe with music playing in the background. We ended up taking our food home, and even after the drive everything was still hot, fresh, and so tasty! There were red and green peppers and onions as well. The only thing I'd eliminate was the mayonnaise (!)... My plantains were not the sweet ones, but the starchy ones. They were some of the best I've ever had. Similar to tostadas, but you could see the individual slices of "banana" so not as mashed together. And they were perfectly cooked.
