Gem in this little town! Fresh and delicious. They season their grilled jalapeños .... SO GOOD! Their salsas are pretty mild, but good. I ordered a burrito and huarache- masa was well seasoned (something most places miss). Tacos were yummy. Rice and beans were a little under seasoned, but baby liked them! The food tastes amazing but the service is horrible! I ordered a couple tacos and a side of chips and salsa. Not only did I get no salsa with my chips I didn't get and salsa with my order at all :/ on top of the salsa fiasco which I realized after arriving home, they took almost 20 minutes to finish my order meanwhile people who orders after me were served within 5 minutes. I can't wait for this taco place to open so we don't have to go out to Manson for tacos, as beautiful as that drive is. Nobody got time for that all the time. This place does have best tacos in chelan but they gotta work on customer service, not forgetting the extras we ask for like aguacates. También, why you charging extra for salsa? It's not that spicy. Lastly have phoned in calls ready. They ask in how long do you want your order ready, but when you arrive you will usually wait 10-15 minutes, maybe longer. Just be prepared for that. Tacos La Roca is my favorite restaurant in all of Lake Chelan and Manson, and it isn't even a full restaurant. It is an amazing, authentic, clean and satisfying food truck. My go to order is the combo plate with pork. I prefer flour tortillas so sub them for the homemade corn tortilla, but both are amazing. This is truly authentic fare. There is usually a line (a good sign!) but the food is quick enough. A great choice in Chelan. read more

I got hooked on the rock a couple years ago. This restaurant has ruined my life. It's all I can eat now. I've lost everything over these tacos. I've sold my house, my car. All I have left is a hankering for their delicious tacos. The succulent beef, the fresh cilantro, perfectly grilled onions. Nobody warned me. Johnny at the window, such a nice guy, you'd never assume he hustled the rock. I had no idea what to get and he pointed me right to it. Tacos asada with extra cilantro and sour cream. I don't even know where to start. Hands down best tacos I've had. That homemade corn tortilla it's so soft, but has that deliciously familiar corn taste to it. And the price? 4 tacos for $6 cannot be meet. I may not be a taco connoisseur, but I know when I love me some tacos. I also love that those four can be of all their different meat options. I need to start hitting more food trucks, because they're a great option when you don't have a lot of time, but still full of flavor and usually decent pricing. The Carne Asada Burrito was pretty good. Being from CA, my expectation for Taco Trucks is pretty high. The fried jalapeño was a nice addition. Favorite taco truck won't go anywhere else in town even when it is closed for the season

Had the taco al pastor and was good. Homemade tortillas and tasty meat. Add an orange Fanta and all is good.

We had the sopes and huarache (with pollo and barbacoa), which were excellent. Nice, thick masa, well presented. We were the only gringos there, so you know it's going to be good Mexican food. If you go, the salsas are in the small refrigerator in the covered eating area. read more

Wasn't sure that Chelan/Manson needed a 3rd taco truck, but I was proved wrong. Tacos La Roca is behind the Les Schwab on the way to Wal-Mart. It is the best taco truck around. Especially love their homemade tortillas. Need to return on the weekend for homemade menudo. read more
