My job was in a big UAB office building that did not have an active cafeteria, so they would have food trucks come serve us multiple times a month. Satay n Roll was definitely my favorite. I would usually get the Bagel Roll, and then pair it with either fried rice, fried dumplings, or crab angels, depending on my mood. Satay n Roll stays moving around, so I had not eaten from the truck since I left the Birmingham area. Luckily, I came into town this week and was able to track them down; they post a schedule on Facebook. I got the Bagel Roll, of course, and crab angels with a Diet Coke. It's a heavy meal, but yummy. The people who take your order are always very nice and quick. I waited about 6 minutes for my food to come out, and they call you over when it's ready. The food was all hot and so fresh. The brisket in the tacos was very flavorful and cooked well, and the esquites were tangy and juicy. They give you great portion sizes for the price and quality in my opinion. I have never had a bad experience here, and would recommend it to anyone needing a quick bite to eat.
