This food truck visits our community on a monthly basis. Usually on a Tuesday. We have ordered from them on several occasions. We have gotten the tacos, burrito, and the chicken quesadilla . While I am not a big fan of the smallish food truck tacos, my son enjoys them. The chicken quesadilla is my favorite , very good with excellent flavor. The burrito is packed and also very good. Quick, fresh and delish. Simple menu, simple ingredients. The shrimp tacos were flavorful, medium sized and cooked perfectly. Corn tortillas were crisp. And the salsa was yummy. I cannot recommend Diana and her team enough! My fiancé and I wanted to rent a food truck for our engagement party back in July. After tasting and getting quotes from a few different places, we chose Tacos Veracruz. The food was absolutely outstanding! We settled on ground beef, steak, al pastor, and chicken for our meat choices. Everyone had the option of tacos, quesadillas, or burritos. Our guests raved about the quality and flavor of the food. Not only that, but the service was extremely efficient and friendly. It gets even better, because it's not just events that they're great for. We went another time and the food was just as good as we remember. My favorite is the al pastor tacos and my fiancés is the steak tacos and chicken quesadilla. The salsas are also out of this world!! My neighbors have been inviting food trucks every few weeks into our neighborhood and this week was Tacos Veracruz. My husband and I were so excited! The food was so awesome. I had a chorizo burrito with everything on it and my husband had 3 tacos: al pastor, BBQ and chorizo. We both had an order of Mexican rice as well. The chorizo was nice and spicy. If you haven't tried this food truck it's a must. They give a my favorite Mexican restaurant a run for its money with that burrito. Can't want to find them somewhere again. read more

This review is about the business itself. If you like The soup Nazi episode on Seinfeld you will love this place. This truck was invited to our small neighborhood. Despite having only about two or three people in line at a time the proprietor was totally overwhelmed. Rather than saying sorry guys he avoided eye contact. When speaking to a customer it was very soup nazi-esque. The food was adequate. Nothing special. The other taco truck is much better. 561 tacos beat this place hands down. I would skip this place. I can't say enough good things about Tacos Veracruz! I hired them for my husbands 40th birthday at our house and they killed it!! They had over 85 orders that came out fast, consistent, and most of all everything tasted amazing!! Diana made it so easy to order with her and even took the stress out of making sure I ordered enough food (because of course there are always people that show up that didn't say they would or vice versa) by bringing extra food to cook if needed and we did need it!! I couldn't believe how much easier it was having a food truck instead of catering and the food was so much fresher that way too!! We were able to enjoy hosting that many people instead of constantly having to restock food and it was so much less work to clean up after too!! I highly recommend them for your next event or party!! If you like authentic Mexican food you'll love Tacos Veracruz. The barbacoa is outstanding, It's so flavorful and juicy. The quesadilla was also very good. They use Chihuahua cheese which if you're not familiar with it is slightly salty but it's sooo good. The tamale masa is delicious and homemade. The tacos..I loove tacos and this place did not disappoint. My carne asada taco was loaded with meat which was so flavorful. All other Mexican restaurants charge more than $4 for 1 taco and barely give you any meat. Needless to say I'll definitely keep an eye out for this truck. read more

The people were friendly and nice, however for 2 quesadillas and 4 small tacos, I expected more for $60. I could of gone to a sit down restaurant relaxed with a drink in my hand instead of standing outside eating food out of stryofoam. For the price I paid for the tacos it would have been nice to have some rice and beans or even chips included as I was still a little hungry after 2 of their small tacos. If anything I would recommend the quesadillas because I was told they were good and they were much more proportionate to an entree size which made up for the price some. read more

If you see this truck it's worth the stop. I got a steak burrito. The burrito tortilla was homemade (light and crispy) stuffed with fresh lettuce, Mexican cheese (cotija), chopped onion, rice, and plentiful steak! Simply awesome.
