I would definitely give this place a 5/5 considering they're the best Venezuelan food in Delray Beach. I must say I did pick up my order and the server took the initiative to raw-dog an uncovered straw into my juice. I think when she realized she used her hands to grip the bottom, she flipped it around and shoved it in my drink so I wouldn't notice. I'm still going to drink it. Then she told me to refrigerate the nata (for all of you non-reina pepiada eating plebes, that's like a white cheese sauce similar to American sour cream). The nata was "milky," she said. Ukelele is one of three co-located food trucks along Federal Highway in Delray Beach (as of this writing). It's Venezuelan food, very tasty and made on the spot, with fresh ingredients. This is hands-down one of the best food trucks I've had in the area. This is a local spot and that it's family owned. Everything we tried was fantastic. BEST FOOD IN TOWN. Hands down my favorite place here. I always get the Reina pepeada patacon and the beef epanada. I moved to Delray a year ago and probably have come here 150+ times. They're always consistent!!! Super great food and the owners are very nice. They are there everyday working. I sometimes go 4 times a week LOL. But seriously, you have got to try this place. *This review stems from several dine-in experiences and take-out orders and I will focus on the very last one. So, my last visit of Ukelele was a take-out. I ordered a cheese empanada for my daughter and a burger for myself, since Ukelele owner claims he has the best burger in town! The Empanada was overcooked on the outside with cheese still frozen on the inside. Trashed. The burger: I ordered it to be cooked medium rare. Well, It was burnt on the outside and completely raw on the inside. Raw meat with thin burnt crust. The patty fell apart when I picked it up from the box with my hands, smothered in garlic sauce and some other sauce. I gave it to my dog, but he refused to eat it. Trashed too. Hands down, this was the...worst burger in town! P.S.
