Picture this- a group of about 25, 18 to 19 year old students, many of whom have never celebrated Halloween before our visit. Tickets range from $15 to $25, the latter being the standard, $20 being the group rate, and the low rate of $15 coming as part of a one day flash sale they had pre-haunting season. With your ticket, you get a one-time admission to each of their 4 fright sites which include: The Spooky Wagon Ride, House of Terror, Spooky Village, and Fog Maze. They are open from 7 until 10 pm. Before arriving, I wasn't sure if it was enough time, but if you plan accordingly and hit the wagon ride (which has the longest wait line) first and then check out the rest of the attractions, you're pretty well set. Admittedly, I only personally experienced the Spooky Wagon Ride and the Spooky Village. I don't do well with things that go bump in the night, and chickened out of the other two sites. The Spooky Wagon Ride is pretty neat, it's interactive and definitely has its freaky moments. I personally found that the Spooky Village is a bit more on the goofy side than scary side- a break I was happy to encounter. There certainly are some jump factors there, but nothing overwhelming and it was a lot less nerve rattling. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but in my opinion, for the season, it's worth it. Alot of the great Halloween attractions seem to be just on the outskirts, but it makes sense since it's at an orchard. There is food available for purchase, but keep in mind if you are looking for some freshly made fries, the canteen only accepts cash. Oh! And this is a big one for some people- the only bathrooms I found were porta-potties, but they were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this as a family fun activity or a night out with friends!

The games that were not included were the claw machines where you could win giftcards/prizes, and we had zero access to the rides which was kind of a bummer. I was really looking forward to trying out the roller coaster but that would be an additional 18 tokens (Which I believe was around 15 dollars? Don't quote me on that). There was also a jungle gym (think cosmic adventures) but that was extra tokens. I did get quiet tired of the arcade games pretty quickly and some games looked worse for wear. The kids seemed to enjoy it. The cards did have a timer between playing games so that you could not double tap the card. The $25 all you can play game night did NOT let you build up credit to redeem for prizes. We had a party room and cheese pizza. Pizza was your standard pizza. Great for kids, but nothing to write home about. The vibe of Funhaven was more warehouse/concrete vibes. Washrooms were clean. I do wish they had sanitzer bottles placed out around the establishement. I did find myself washing my hands quiet frequently after playing the games (flu season, not taking any chances). My husband has been wanting to check out Funhaven for a while, and I'm glad we did where all expenses were paid for, but I would not rush back.

Unfortunately the actor in the room spent the whole hour being a complete jerk. He insulted us many times was making fun of us called us stupid twice in other wording and mocked us as we were leaving the room. It was such a bad experience I've never gone back. The Wellington location is so much better and I've always had an amazing time there. It's only q0 minute away feom the downtown location. Even the one in Batrhaven on adult nights is a lot of fun. We've never had another bad experience at any other location.

Ordered the burger and fries gluten free, the fries were great, cooked in a dedicated fryer and it was a generous portion. The burger was well built, but the two patties were half the size of the bun and very dry. The server found out they now have gluten free buns as well.
