If you move out at the beginning of the month, they will charged you for another month, and you will lose access to the unit... even though you paid for it. My bank had to report them as fraud and I had to get all new cards. Also, there is apparently a tenant who resides there, a very old woman who is constantly yelling at the cars coming in and out and very argumentative about how you move out/in. There are other storage places that have Nicer employees, better move out directios, and will refund whatever days you move out before your month is up. (Public storage, they're amazing!)
