Within a month I've had huge changes in strength level and flexibility. I already do dance and weightlifting, and this was exactly the missing piece I needed. The mindful breathing and relaxation at the start and ending of class is great for busy professionals like me in needing to make time to slow down. I was then told about Spark Pilates and about Jennifer by several people in the community whom she had helped. I am only 40, an ex-competitive athlete, was in the Military, and worked out for years, so not being able to be active was truly a major concern for me, especially because I have two young children that I wanted to be able to play with. She not only took the time to listen to me about what my problem was but she designed a program specifically for me and was patient while I learned a entirely new form of exercise. She was knowledgeable, understanding, warm, and sincerely genuine. When I went to workout I was very surprised with how well the management staff and owners built the gym up. There is plenty of equipment ranging from strength training to cardio machines and even an enclosed room for other activities(yoga, interval training, dancing, and etc.). The equipment is just the start of the great experiences and excellent amenities that you will find at this location. The faculty from front desk employees to janitorial staff takes pride in their positions making sure the gym is a place where you feel welcome and motivated to workout. I believe the town of Okeechobee was longing for a great fitness center and thanks to the OFC we were able to adopt one. This gym I believe will be a great success changing lives while helping individuals reach their fitness goals getting them in the body they want.

All the instructors have been wonderful (JJ, Stephanie, Moriah & Jenn), the studio is so clean and calming, and watching the sunrise through the gorgeous etched windows has been amazing! The healthy smoothies are a delicious treat after class, and I can't wait to try the coffee. I wish I could stay for the upcoming plant exchange! It's a family owned and run business and they are really authentic and genuine people. JJ and Jen offer amazing level 1 and advanced 6am classes if you're an early riser like me. Justin and Krista's classes are challenging, exciting and show you how capable and strong you are. Moriah's Saturday morning class makes you feel so empowered, I would plan my weekend around it because I left feeling so good. This place is a sanctuary from your busy life.
