Beautiful facility, great staff and classes for all schedules! I was hesitant to join because of my busy schedule and needed more advanced classes but they have since added more evening and morning classes within the last few years and I'm able to fit in 2-3 classes a week. Within a month I've had huge changes in strength level and flexibility. I already do dance and weightlifting, and this was exactly the missing piece I needed. The mindful breathing and relaxation at the start and ending of class is great for busy professionals like me in needing to make time to slow down. I went to the Meditation and Relaxation class and it exceeded my expectations. I've never been into yoga or meditation but really wanted to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did! I enjoy the practice and flow here. Nice set up. Good instructors. Easy pace. It's not hot yoga, and the staff has numerous styles and classes you can attend. They also have seminars and classes on various subjects that is worth attending as well. read more

I've gone to The Yoga Sanctuary multiple times over the last few years when I am in Florida visiting my mother who lives nearby. Lovely studio and classes are inexpensive ($12). I just purchased a full month of unlimited yoga classes. Today would have been my second day going. I really wish someone would have informed me that 10am class starts means 9:50.
