We had another roofer come out who explained that an entire area of the roof should have been fixed initially rather than the small area for which we were charged. I know that this company has many excellent reviews but be aware that you might have a difficult time getting them to come back to address future issues.

After the new roof was on I had leaks and had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to fix it. When I said I would have someone else fix it they threaten to void my warrantee. So water came into my house while I waited weeks for them to address it and then the same spot leaked again. The owner is a nightmare.
