Drove directly to Jet Black, spoke to Alejandro and made an appointment for April 5 to have my car's windows tinted. I asked if April 5 (Easter Sunday) would be a problem, "Are you sure you'll be open for business?" Alejandro: "Oh yes, I'm pretty sure we're open, I'll double check, if not I'll move your appointment to April 4 and call you." I never heard from him but on April 2 I called to confirm, was told they would be open on April 5. On April 4, I called one last time to confirm my appointment for April 5 and once again, was assured that they would be open. April 5, drive to Jet Black and find a business that was very much closed. Called their number and was told by Marcel, "This location is closed today." I became irate, expressed my frustration and was told that "lashing out" at him was not helping matters. True, it did not help, it wasn't Marcel's fault after all. Marcel assured me he would note my frustration and "pass it along to management." Oh goody. That really does me a great amount of good. Especially since I've arranged my day around this appointment.
