Unfortunately there was an issue with the tint but the shop was able to set up an appointment that fit my schedule to get it replaced. To my pleasant surprise they upgraded me to a better tint. I will absolutely be bringing my car back to tint the rest of my windows here. Staff are polite and the location is good although a little far from me, it's worth it. Edit: after my review he opened the garage door to the shop as I was pulling away and said he was busy working on another car and his "hands were full". Edit again: Business hours state 9am on Yelp and my appointment was for 930. Not sure how I showed up before "business hours". Just say you messed up instead of deleting your original comment where you lied and said my review didn't happen and then give poor excuses after. What made it worse was that they didn't even bother notifying me until the day of the appointment both times, after I had already planned my schedule around it. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Customer service was disappointing and communication was terrible throughout the process. I put out a tint project on Yelp and Luis of Ceramic Pro was the first to respond. He was instantly helpful and courteous from our initial communication. I explained to Luis that my existing tint originally done out of state had been damaged. Even though my tint was a very specific brand used commonly by shops in the Southeast, Luis felt confident that he could exactly match it. We therefore set up a next day appointment. I brought my car in as scheduled and Luis immediately went to work on matching the tint and replacing the damaged portion. While he worked on this, he set me up in the waiting room equipped with complimentary WiFi. I therefore broke out my laptop and got some work done. Requested a quote for ceramic tint application on a frameless car door at 6:00am on a random Tuesday using the Yelp projects function. Got a price quote at 7:20am from CeramicPro. Requested the next available appointment and was told they would have time for me the same day or the next day and that it would take less than an hour to finish. Asked via Yelp chat if I needed an appointment or if they take drop in's. Before I got a response, I decided to head over there at 8:45am and wait for their 9:00am opening time. Receptionist came in to open the doors at around 9:20am and informed me the installer got a flat tire and was stuck in traffic. She confirmed that they would be able to install tint on my car once he arrived at 10:00am. Sure enough they took my car in and it was done right away. They did an excellent installation job and their tint has a lifetime warranty. CeramicPro is not only the installer, but also the tint manufacturer. I see this as a huge plus since I've run into many shops unwilling to honor 3M tint warranties for a variety of reasons (ie: they didn't install, installer out of business, subjectively decide defect is not covered, they don't have time, etc). Frankly with tint installers being so busy, why bother dealing with the 3M warranty paperwork needed for payment when you're booked solid with customers willing to pay right away. +1 star for fast communication, +1 star for drop in availability and timeliness, +1 star for honest business practices, +1 star quality install, +1 star for competitive pricing and warranty. read more

Luis impressed me with his ability to repair the leather seat in my Porsche. He repaired the loose threading and precisely color matched the seat in Bordeaux red. Additionally, he did this on his off day and it was done within a few hours. I've been putting off from making this review for a while, but honestly this whole situation keeps me up at night. I originally came in for a 25% tint all around but I was constantly bombarded with getting a 35% tint on my car so I eventually gave in. he ended up quoting me for $350. I tried negotiating to lower the price a bit because it was a little bit out of my budget but when I try to get a word out, he just kept telling me that he doesn't speak English into just pay. I just felt pressured to pay for something I didn't end up liking. even when it was all said and done, I went to go pick up my car and just instantly knew I didn't like it. when I asked him if we could get it darker, he told me it's gonna cost me more Even 2 months later, I messaged back and asked why my Tint was bubbling and I got no response! They also broke my backup lights where my rearview windshield was, i didn't notice this until a month later! even the cut on the windows sucks. He helped me decide what to do with my car and we settled on PPF full front, ceramic coating for the rest of the exterior and interior, and some tinting and protective film for the front windows and windshield. I felt well advised and taken care of. There was a storm when the car was done so he offered to keep it for a few extra days in his garage to cure. Everything looks great so far, the future will tell how well the product was applied and what their quality is but I have no reason to doubt it'll be great and long lasting. If you read my 1st review on this establishment you'll know I was very pleased. I talked with Luis about returning for interior detailing, so this is the review in that. I was so excited I actually arrived 24hrs early, lol! (I also had a scheduling issue) Anyway, the employee at the shop called Luis and he let me know it was the next day. I arrived..on time. We went over what I wanted to have done which was the passenger side front and back seat, sides of the console and how long it would take which; wasn't long. It was a nice day so I remained outside and Luis kindly offered me a chair out there while I relaxed. I watched as they detailed other cars as well. Which reminded me that I should have done a before and after pic. Anyway, the car was done shortly, about an hour I'd say...Luis also did me a solid and did the other seats as well. He informed me I would have to wait about an hour and a half before it dried off completely. I was planning to leave and he had even put some cloth down on the drivers side for me. I ended up staying. We chatted for about 2 hours maybe and I left the car doors open so it would dry faster. The seats were pretty dirty despite the car being relatively new when I got it. It looked like a child had walked on it with their shoes or something. Luis did an excellent job, he got the grime on the sides of the console and the seats looked brand new with no chemically smell. I was very pleased and for the price...Man! I'll probably never clean my car's interior myself again! In short fast and great work! If you need your car's interior detailed, this is the spot! I also inquired about wrapping the vehicle; my old vehicle had many nics and bumps from pebbles on the freeway, hopefully I'll get to write a review about that as well! I saw one customer come in that day that had it done and I overheard Luis go over what he did, he also told me after the customer left and gave me some ideas on what to consider. We had a good size cut in our front driver's side seat of a Lexus, got a bid for replacing the leather seat completely and decided to try the Artistic Vinyl Repair, they quoted the job and it cost me less than half of replacing the entire seat cover and the car seat was repair the next morning and looks pretty good. For a 15 year old car seat to be patched up and match with the rest of the seat, they did a great job.
