There are plenty of knowledgeable people floating around to help if you need it and each greenhouse has a list of flower and plants that will fit your needs. On the particular trip I was looking for flowers to attract pollinators and I think I did great! Also they have an animal area where that you can walk through which is fun for kids of all ages and a BEAUTIFUL area around their pond to sit and relax. This is for sure my new favorite nursery... oh and they can deliver your trees if you don't have a truck!

We hired Westcoast Nursery in November 2024 to supply and plant several 8- and 12-foot Arborvitae…read moretrees in our side yard. Unfortunately, a couple of the trees were in visibly poor condition at the time of planting, with substantial foliage loss in the lower one-third to one-half of the trees. We raised our concerns and were told that there were no other 10-12-foot trees available, and that with proper watering, the trees would recover and fill in from the bottom during the following growing season. Westcoast Nursery did offer to replace the compromised 8-foot tree, but based on what we were told about the trees recovering, we decided to give them a chance rather than proceed with the replacement. It has now been approximately eight months. We have taken very good care of the trees and followed the recommended watering practices, but there has been little to no improvement in the condition of the compromised 12-foot tree. We have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails in an effort to resolve the issue directly with Westcoast Nursery. Unfortunately, we were ultimately told by the owner that she would not do anything further to address our concerns. We were also told that there is no warranty on the trees once they have been planted. This has been very disappointing, particularly because we relied on the information provided to us at the time of purchase and planting. Had we understood that there would be no warranty or remedy after planting, we would have approached the purchase differently. At a minimum, we believe the compromised 12-foot tree should be replaced. More broadly, we feel customers should be made fully aware of the condition of trees before purchasing them, particularly when there is significant foliage loss, rather than being reassured that the trees will recover. **Based on our experience, we recommend that future customers carefully inspect every tree before accepting it, especially larger and more expensive trees. If a tree has significant foliage loss or other visible concerns, we would strongly suggest getting any assurances about its condition, expected recovery, replacement, or warranty in writing before proceeding with the purchase and installation.

He also answers the phone when you call! Imagine that! The selection can't be beat. The one and only hydrangea on my long list that Scott didn't have brought on a concise explanation of why he did not have it. Who knew some new hybrids are under patent. Sort of. It's complicated. The price tag is not the only place to find value. When I get these hydrangeas planted, not one has been root-bound. I have purchased approximately 35 hydrangeas from PLN and every last one is thriving. Lastly, Scott doesn't mind having his formidable brain picked for growing and fertilization advice. (Yes, it is possible to overdo it with MiracleGro on hydrangeas - they can get too tall too fast and flop over.) Scott (the owner) is a real gentleman and even gave me a couple of freebies when he heard they would adorn a SCHOOL. Paradise Lake Nursery is my happy place!

After parking and wandering around for 10 minutes finally found a sign on a door that said closed on Sunday. While we were there saw 4 other customers experience exactly the same thing. I tried to go to this nursery a year ago and the same thing happened. It is a big deal for me to find the time to go to a nursery so it just feels incredibly disrespectful when it would be so easy for them to update their website or at the very lest post a sign upfront so people aren't wandering around trying to figure out where to go only to find that they are closed.
