That's a pretty basic step--no one wants to be blindsided by a big dental bill without a heads-up. I tried calling, texting, and emailing multiple times to follow up, but no one ever responded. The admin side of this practice seems completely disorganized. After many failed attempts, someone finally picked up--and to my surprise, it was Dr. Greenbaum himself. Honestly, it's not a great sign when the head dentist and owner has to answer the phone at a supposedly busy office. Rather than addressing the issue, Dr. Greenbaum questioned why I left my previous dentist if he was so great--after I mentioned I'd never dealt with anything like this before.
