I'd been trying to get a stainless-steel band for my Blue Formula 1 TAG for over two years, and Ana made it happen. She kept me updated, called as soon as the shipment arrived, and had everything ready when I came in. Both Ana and Natalie were great--professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on getting things right. They also resized two of my other watches after my recent weight loss, and the care they put into the adjustments really stood out. Quality service like this is hard to find. I wish my customer service experience matched what others have stated. I called the store (since I live over an hour away) and explained that I was looking to purchase a new AquaRacer. Initially the rep was helpful. He offered to send me photos of what they had. I received the photos and asked about three watches I was interested in and their pricing. I was given the pricing and was told I could make the purchase and have the watched shipped to me...if I wanted it shipped that day, cutoff time was 1:30. I said I needed a little time to think about the three watches. As I did my research, I texted the rep questions I had about the watches. Specially, what was the model year of the watches I was interested in. Silence. None of my text messages have been returned (48 hours later). A HUGE shout out to associate Joe Williams! He was tenacious in the repair of my watch. It took him a minute as he had to sort through a gazillion tiny pieces and finally found a solution. All the while, he maintained such a pleasant and cheerful demeanor! He definitely walks the talk and treats folks as he'd want to be treated. It was a delight for him to actually repair it as I'd taken it to a "specialty" jeweler in the Bay Area, paid beaucoup dollars and it broke a couple weeks later. Located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlet, Tag Heuer's outlet is one of the few they own and operate throughout the country. This is a factory owned store, so there isn't any room for bargaining. Most of their stock is about 35% below list price, although there are some special deals located throughout the store. Customer service is great. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. If you do make a purchase, you can avoid paying sales tax if you have them ship to another state without a Tag Heuer store. There is a $35 shipping fee, but you can save hundreds of dollars this way. read more

If you ever want to get a Tag Heuer watch, this shop at the outlet is as good as it gets. The environment at the store is very casual and laid back. The availability of watches versus what is on the website is actually quite abundant. The customer service is awesome here. There is no pressure from the sales reps, and they give you very intricate detailed information about each watch. In addition, they are very helpful in deriving comparisons for the few watches I was contemplating. A lot of reps will focus on getting the greatest sale, but here at Tag Heuer, the focus is finding the right watch for the customer, regardless of the label. I ended up getting a beautiful watch here. If you live out of state, you can ship your watch for free sales tax. When I got my watch, I had a little challenges following the instructions in the manual to adjust the time and date on the watch. They're not the kind of employee where they look at you from head to toe and size you up if you could afford their products. The smart watch is a horrible product and not worth the money. The watch has limited functions and does not stay connected. I attempted to return the watch but was just outside 14 day return policy.
