One of the managers also came out and talked to me, letting me know they are opening up a coffee shop/soft serve at the store soon. I got to chat with her letting her know my daughter's ridiculous $40 a cup experience at Dior in FL -and she made sure she got a pic at the place so it seemed somewhat justified ! The lady assured me the coffees were going to be more like Starbucks prices. The point is, everyone was friendly, we made small talk, and there were plenty of people willing to help. After my purchases I noticed a whole section of bags I hadn't noticed the first time. The styles are wonderful and up to date, with something for everyone . They are well stocked and the mall is super clean, with a ton of dangerous shopping choices, from classic to upscale. . I could have gone to Carlsbad or Ontario and I'm glad I chose this location. I would NOT recommend Ontario's Mills and I'll leave it at that.

My daughter was 10-15 feet away walking that direction but I grabbed her hand to turn her. Then the dog charged at my 2 year old TWICE. Nipped at her face once because they didn't pull the dog back but because I had her hand already I was able to pull her away. All the people did was say "sorry". What they need to do is take that vest off the dog and leave it at home. I hope the people that have the dog see this too. assholes. If you are going to fake having a service dog then the dog should at least know how to behave like one.

He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. I'm honestly surprised by some of the lower reviews because the customer service has been great every time I've visited, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without feeling pushy. They usually have fresh inventory, which makes each visit feel different instead of picked over. The deals can still be pricey, but for Burberry, they actually feel like real outlet finds rather than token discounts. I enjoy doing a quick lap to see what's new, even if I'm just browsing. Burberry Outlet feels polished, welcoming, and very much worth a stop when I'm in the area.

However when we got rung up, the store manager Lisa gave the wrong price and refused to offer what was advertised. She said the backpack was $695! Our sales associate Lili told her the price was $495 too, but Lisa still didn't budge. What disappointed me the most was the false advertising and incredibly rude store manager Lisa. You'd think Burberry would value their customers more than to have someone so condescending to represent them. Do better Burberry.
