What went well was really amazing. I was welcomed as I entered the premises with a huge and polite smile. I needed to have the watch battery replaced. The young lady gave both price and time needed to get it done. Battery was replaced in less time and was working beautifully. Two weeks later, I brought in 2 more watches, and my experience was even better than the first time. My history with them is outstanding, they designed and fabricated a beautiful diamond ring that I purchased for my wife, they designed and modified my ring with beautiful diamonds, they also keep all my high-end watches serviced (batteries/cleaning) and running smoothly. I am so happy with Woodley's Jewelers. I needed a couple of pieces repaired and a couple of appraisals. Woodley's customer service is above reproach, and they are so thorough! My repairs were done quickly and beautifully, and the appraisals were completed quickly as well. Lennox walked me through the process of my repairs and was completely honest with me, to the point of letting me know that one of my repairs might actually not be worth it... I'm still on the fence. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I can't imagine using another jeweler at this point. I would never use a "chain" jewelry store; it's just not worth it. I've gone to other private jewelry stores only to be upsold and left feeling like I had just been at a car dealership. At Woodley's, I felt respected and could trust what I was being told. I came to Woodley's at the recommendation of a co-worker. I'm glad I did. The staff was able to create my the ring I had always dreamed about for a reasonable price. I can't stress enough how happy I was with the results. The ring is beautiful and feels very high quality. It was slightly too big however (due to me giving them an inaccurate size), but the staff at Woodley' was kind enough to resize it for free. I'm already in the process of getting additional pieces of jewelry made. As for the store itself, it has an impressive collection. I'd definitely recommend checking it out. just now NEW This family business was amazing. They were recommended by a few different folks. When I finally made it there, we got stuck at the train, I called and asked if they could just wait a few minutes after closing that we were on our way from San Jacinto. Steven said, no problem. With the darn train and traffic we got there around 510, they let us in, he was able to fix my son's necklace right there, I thought I needed a new $50 clasp. But he fixed it, cleaned it and didn't charge me after staying open!!! Even though they didn't make money this time, I will be back and I will recommend to everyone. read more

I worked with Lennox, I had a ring and earrings that I had inherited from my mother in law that I could not wear. He designed a pendant and a beautiful channel set ring for me. I love both they came out perfect. They also repaired a crystal on my father's watch that was from the 1950's. My husband was so impressed by Lennox and Melanie that he also bought a sapphire ring for my birthday from them. We are not rich people but we were able to get the jewelry repaired,remade and was able to get a birthday present. The ring was for my 65th birthday and the pendant and ring was for my 15th wedding anniversary and Christmas present. So we are very happy with the family and the friendly way we were treated. I brought my wedding band in to be resized. My ring is Silver and was stretched from a size 5 1/2 to 7 1/4. I dropped my ring off Wednesday evening and it was ready for pick up the next day. " Steven Did A Great Job On My Turtle Necklace " I just moved to the Beaumont area of California recently and needed to find a good Jewelry business as the necklace I wear everyday broke. I looked at the reviews and went to Woodley's Jewelers. I was greeted very nicely by Veronica at the front counter and she introduced me to Steven Rodriquez the Head Jeweler and owner of Woodley's Jewelry Store. Steven was also very nice as I showed him my broken gold chain that I use 24/7 to hold my special Gold and Black Tahitian Pearl Turtle that I got in Hawaii in 2008. Steven offered me a nice cost to clean, soder, and check my entire 22 inch Gold necklace. Steven had my necklace ready to pickup the next morning and again was very nice as he explained the service he gave me on my necklace. Woodley's Jewelers is now located at 975 Beaumont Ave. and as soon as the city of Beaumont approves it, Woodley's Jewelers will be moving across the street to a new upgraded Store space. The jeweler require a machine to ascertain if by two rings were diamonds. When I told him they were absolute diamonds. He told me they were cubic zirconium I laughed so much I couldn't believe it. He was trying to weasel himself away from purchasing my rings and giving me no money, if it wasn't for the machine he would've never entertain the fact that they were actual diamonds when I took it to previous jewelers. All they did was look at it and tell and ascertain the real diamonds. This jeweler was untrained inappropriate. I tried to just screw me I would never recommend anybody if it takes a tiny machine to determine if they have in diamonds, they aren't incredible jewelers terrible people. In addition, I purchased two rings for $2000. I only wanted to sell them for 500 each. The jeweler would've made tremendous amount of money off of me, but he refused to purchase them from me. We went there just to get the back piece of my 2 month old nieces earnings,we payed $35 we asked them to clean it. They did so but in the process they bent the piece that holds the stone, so the stone fell off. Once I got home I wanted to show my sister the present but saw it was mishandled. I went back to get it fixed. This had been the only place we went as it was a local jewelry store. they kept blaming us for the bent earring, when we hadn't not even touched it. DO NOT GO THERE!
