Shady sales people, went to buy a gift for mom and was looking for gold and specifically told the sales person that. He then claimed the necklace he sold me was white gold. I purchased and once I was in the car I double checked the receipt, and the necklace he sold me was sterling silver. If I wanted a sterling silver necklace, coulda went to JCPenney for a fraction of the cost. Be cautious. read more

Truly deplorable staff I had done armed security for 60 days straight without a single day off. Both store managers wouldn't allow me to use the restroom nor use the Kleenex, hand sanitizer or even the garbage can. Currently have a lawsuit pending. Absolutely despicable and horrendous company. Racist and verbally abusive. During one eleven hour shift I had ran to the bathroom one time and was fired as a consequence. I was never allowed to use the break room or the fridge. God forbid I ever took a single rest break. God willing I have access to footage to clear my name but either way I have Solid proof of the fraudulent 77 hour weekly scheduling during the holiday season. read more

My fiance and I went in to look at engagement rings. Cathy assisted us. She appeared very nice, however, she was very persistent in trying to make a sale. The ring we were looking at appeared to have a slight yellow tone to it. She informed us that it was a near colorless diamond. After we pointed out that it was more yellow than another near colorless diamond, she stated that it was because of the lighting. We eventually bought the ring trusting her. The next morning, I looked up the ring online and the ring's diamond color was "K," meaning that it is actually faint and not near colorless. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The associate informed me that the manager won't be in until the following day and that he would give me a call. The next day comes along and no call from the manager. I decided to call and spoke with Luis. He apologized about the incident and informed us that we could get a full refund without having to go in. As soon as I told him we wanted a refund, he asked when we could go in. It is very disappointing how these associates and even the manager are very contradicting. We will never go back to location! read more

This Is My Daughters Account But She Is Allowing Me To Use Her Yelp Account To Leave A Review For This Place. In a nutshell this place started off great with an older asian lady that helped us. We took four rings his and hers wedding and anniversary rings that are 24yrs old and willing to pay almost $800 to get them fixed and cleaned, when all of a sudden a warm hand off to this other gentleman with a beard who appears to be running the show (possible manager) now has my rings & now says and adds more service along with the many other ones that I was already willing to pay. This service now in the hands of him now cost me $1200 to fix the prongs of my ring. When telling him I was not interested and that I was already spending $800 to get them sent out fixed and cleaned, this seem to upset him and I was already getting frustrated with getting add ons to spend more money than I originally wanted. I passed on having anything done all together because of his poor attitude, the longer you stay the more you will pay and all I was trying to do was get 4 rings sized properly and cleaned. This man was rude & his statement to the other employee who was originally helping me was "let her take them!". He didn't care or offer to have the services that we originally where there to be proceeded instead he sent me and my husband off with "take them then". His attitude comes off and portrays as though " it's all or nothing". Big waist of my time & their's because of poor customer service. A company like this loses money for the ignorance of a man that doesn't even own it. Damn shame. Never giving my service to them again and will for-sure spread word to others about Kay's Jewelers especially this one. read more

My first time at Cabazon outlets. I have to comment on the very poor customer service this place has. I came in just to browse at the jewelry available. The blonde lady asked me if needed help and I informed her that I was just browsing around. She informed me of the sale and I told her I saw the sign 75% off sign and she corrected me (selected items). Then the Asian lady working there chimed in her unneeded 2 cents in "people really need to read the signs". I sarcastically told them " I didn't mean to stir up any drama here" and continued looking around. The blonde lady came up to me again and asked if I was looking for something specific. I told her I was looking for rings and she asked more questions. It got to the point where she asked about my ring I was wearing and she asked to look at it. She fakely commented "oh you have nice taste" yeaahhh... not coming back here ans don't recommend it either. I took my business somewhere else and recommend you do as well. This review is for Luis and the best customer service i have ever had I walked into Kay jewelers the other day looking to replace a battery in a watch i have had for a couple years and never worn, before i left not only did i have the battery changed for free i had much more then i could have ever expected. As i started talking to Luis while he was fixing my watch i asked him about my wife's ring my father gave me 13 years ago. the ring need to be cleaned and a few repairs to a couple loose diamonds after gathering some information Luis went out of his way to find the warranty policy from 13 years ago i didn't even know about and update all the information to current. The ring is currently being fixed and clean, my watch sized and fixed and never once did he ask for me to pay. Not only did Luis do this with smile, utmost positive attitude and respect but never once did he judge my appearance that day i was less then casual. i had just finished at the gym and walked in with a tank top, sweat shorts and a hat caring a $500 watch and a $4000 ring never once did he make me feel uncomfortable although i had all the paper work if needed he treated me like any other customer. We have been to this store several times, spending hours just making sure we got the perfect rings. Each time we went in there, they made sure we felt very comfortable and they were very patient while we tried on and re tried on rings. They have been very helpful every single time we called or went in there. Wow!!! The customer service from Luis at this location is out of this world. I never expected to receive white glove customer service at an outlet mall. I have purchased several pieces over the last year and each time Luis has taken the time to not only make sure I was getting the jewelry I wanted, but provide certificates for my insurance company regarding the value of my purchases. He went above and beyond in helping me design, fabricate and purchase custom pieces as well creating computer based renderings, wax moldings and keeping me informed during the weeks the piece was in production. I had a great experience at this store. I had been doing research for a few months on designing an engagement ring. I was seriously considering having it done online, luckily i happened to find this store where i met Luis. Luis communicated to me that Kay's also did custom engagement rings and he explained the whole process. I told him about the online options i was considering and he explained why Kay's was a superior option to these online retailers. He was not forceful on the contrary he genuinely wanted to help me. After a few days of more research i found his offer to be the best option. We started the process and he was in constant contact with me. Luis made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. He worked tirelessly to make the deadline and the end result was better than i could have hoped for. So been a Kay Jewelers customer for about 22 years now, I've have work with a few different employees ( Patty & Luis ) I have bought plenty of items from them. 20 years ago I bought a promise ring for my girlfriend at that time, 10 years later I bought my wife her engagement ring and then to buying our wedding rings. I have also bought items for my two girls. What I'm trying to say is for my 10 year anniversary I was looking for the last piece of my wife's wedding ring its a two part ring. I looked everywhere for it I went back to the Kay's in the Inland Center Mall I was working with two ladies there, but we didn't have any luck on trying to get this ring. So I went looking for Luis, I found him working out in Cabazon Kays Jewelers Outlet. I called him and I asked him if remembered me from Inland Center. He was like of course I do how you doing Mr. Hernandez. So long story short Luis was able to help me out! He found the last piece to my wife's wedding band.
