This place is massive! Took my kids for a birthday here and it was our first time and I was really impressed. This place is huge and there was plenty of room and equipment for the kids to get on. There were tumbling tracks, obstacle courses, trampolines, beams, bars, inflatables, indoor sports, and a foam pit. The party room was really big compared to other places I've been. The staff was interactive and attentive and very good with keeping the children entertained and introducing them to the different activities. I love how organized they were.

This facility is phenomenal and huge! I had never stepped into a facility like this before. You see kids training everywhere and no matter what the age so attentive and serious. Not only do they have an Olympian as one of their instructors but all over the walls are pictures of former gold medal winners who have stopped by here including some like Shawn Johnson and Aly Raisman. The front wall is covered in so many trophys showing the potential of this training center. All instructors here are professionals and you can see in their demeanor that they mean business. My nephew (5 years old) and niece (three years old) come here twice a week and now since its summer have enrolled in their weekly summer camp. I'm just how shocked to see so many young kids following directions and paying attention so well. None of the kids were ever distracted and the cool things they could do already at such a young age sometimes made me cringe. The kids are separated into different groups by age and sex. You can see them doing everything from tumbling, the trampoline, stretching, flipping, running, bars, etc. I'm telling you there is so much going on and it's so nice they allow parents to watch from a glass window so they kids feel comfortable but not distracted. We had my other nephew in from out of town and they let us pay a day fee and he enjoyed a class. They also have vending machines filled water, Gatorade and some snacks for the parents and younger siblings who are waiting. If you live in Weston or the Broward area and are thinking about putting your little loved one in some type of camp I highly recommend this facility. I believe it's either the largest or one of the largest in the USA and they are professionals and kids are so disciplined. After a day here the kids come home all ready for naps or bed. So trust me, it is so worth it! Also have to mention I have no pictures of the inside as they ask for the children's sake, you keep it private, I respect that so I took 2 pictures of the outside showing the number just in case.

I've attended a few birthday parties here, and they're always fun for the kids. The party rooms are spacious and clean. The kids love running around and jumping on the equipment. There's also plenty of parking (it can be a bit of a walk if there are several parties going on). During this last visit, I wanted to buy a drink from the vending machine and the TAG staff didn't have chance for a $10, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Other then that I have no serious complaints.

I love this place! I have now hosted two birthday parties for my son here and they have both been a hit! This new location is wonderful. It is HUGE! There are about 4 different types of inflatables available for the kids included in the party price, various trampolines and spring floor for the kids to run, jump and play on. There is plenty of seating outside of the party rooms for parents to sit and look into the gym if they choose not to enter. Anyone who enters is required to be barefooted. No socks allowed. I thought my feet would come out black once done and they were not. They keep their gym spotless. Their bathrooms and party areas are very clean too which is important when dealing with kids. When the play portion is over they guide the kids to the wall hand sanitizer before entering the party room to eat. The party time frame is usually 1 hour for play and 45 minutes in the party room. They have specific times listed on their site that offer extended play time and time in the party room at no extra cost which I found useful. My only gripe, and it's a big one, is that the time to set up is only 20 minutes. I practically begged for a 10 minute extension. As it is, with 5 people, it took us 45 minutes to set up. This means that I missed the first 15 minutes of my son's party. I was really stressed and sweating setting up rushing as were my girlfriends who were helping me. There should definitively be more time allowed in between parties for set up and cleaning up etc. At the very least, larger parties in the big room absolutely need more time than the other smaller rooms. I acknowledge that I am an extreme case because my decorations are typically more intricate than others. However, just bringing simple tablecloths, plates and all the food can take at least 30 minutes. But I digress... The registration process is simple. Everything is spelled out for you in the contract and on their website. The staff that works with the kids and helps set up the party is absolutely wonderful. They really do a great job in training them. Not one simple complaint about that here. I have a special needs child and they have always been accommodating with things like lowering the music or switching up the party format. We are definitively coming back for a third time!

My first time here was with a large group (field trip) and the experience was painless in terms of check, organization with the school, parking and food/drinks for the little ones. They enjoy this event so much that a 4 year old could continue to remember the facility name for an entire year after. My second time was a party of my family and it couldn't have gone better. Trampoline High has a few party packages which could include closing their business for you. They usually have good availability and all they asked me was $100 deposit. When we got to the place, we were surprised by the arrangement/decoration that they took care of, we simply needed to bring our cake and extra food to offer. Going extra early was unnecessary, all was ready and that piece of mind was priceless. Their deals included that you could bring extra food or drinks for a flat fee. We had a server assigned to the party and she was relentless in picking up and serving as we needed. Adults were able to enjoy fellowship while kids safely enjoy their calorie burning activities he he. Manager was present a few times and she has a heart of customer service or customer oriented personnel. We left some of our extra decorations as she hinted that she helps some customers who need the extra push. One extra gesture she had with us was that, we had purchased extra juices and we didn't use. Surprisingly enough they offer to take it back and not charge us since they were not open. Big heart and was a nice tough. We will be back, demanded by kids.

There are lots of young employees working, or at least working the day we came. They did a fine job managing the many jumpers. I never witnessed an unsafe event. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. The problems began once it was time for food. Items were brought out in pieces: pizza would arrive with no plates, no napkins, no drinks, and no utensils. The kids were seated, hungry and thirsty, while adults waited an unreasonable amount of time for basic necessities that should have been brought together. It was very difficult to get the attention of the assigned party host. She was frequently chatting with other employees as if it were social hour rather than actively managing a children's birthday party. She moved extremely slowly between the table and the kitchen area, despite the short distance. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt--everyone can have an off day. However, it quickly became clear that nothing was being handled with urgency or organization. The host was walking around with a personal purse on her shoulder, which made it appear as though she had just arrived or was about to leave, not like she was fully engaged in her role. It also visibly got in the way of her working. Because the kids were waiting so long, I offered to help speed things up. I volunteered to carry drink pitchers while she gathered other items. She agreed. Despite that, essentials like napkins, utensils, ketchup, and drinks continued to take far too long to arrive. Eventually, I had to go to the café area myself to collect forks, napkins, and condiments so the children could finally eat. When the host later approached--slowly and casually--with items we had already retrieved, I informed her we had taken care of it. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the delay, she appeared visibly annoyed, turned away, and walked off. Toward the end of the party, communication completely broke down. The host began ignoring me, and there was no notification about cake time, causing everyone to scramble because of the strict time limit. When I asked for her name due to her repeated rudeness and lack of professionalism, she responded dismissively, "Your party is over at three. You need to get out." She then refused to give her name and stated that she had "already told the manager all about me," implying I had done something wrong. This was extremely surprising, as I had only tried to help ensure the children could eat on time. Because of this, I went to speak directly with the manager. The manager informed me that she had not received any report from this employee at all. In fact, she acknowledged that she had noticed the host was disorganized, unfocused, and not doing what she was supposed to be doing. The manager also provided the employee's name, which is Lily. During this conversation, the manager mentioned that Lily is "very sensitive." While that may be true, it was concerning to hear in the context of a children's party. Sensitivity does not excuse poor communication, lack of organization, or unprofessional behavior--especially in a role that requires managing groups of children and interacting with paying families. When employees are not properly trained for these responsibilities, it ultimately reflects on the business as a whole. The facility itself has potential, but the lack of staff training, accountability, and professionalism completely overshadowed the experience. Because of this, I do not recommend hosting a birthday party here. Families deserve better organization, clearer communication, and staff who are prepared to do the job they were hired for.
