My kids love coral reef gymnastics. My daughter is in gymnastics & my son is in the ninja program. The ninja program really is amazing & coach E truly is incredible by the way! The coaches really are wonderful & they love going each week. They are learning new skills, how to execute those skills safely, terminology, and so much more. I am pleased with how they are progressing through their programs & love how the kids know which skills they've mastered and which they need to still work on. The classes are structured, but fun. I really love how organized the gym is & impressed with the staff overall. Their communication is wonderful as well. I also really like that they clean/sanitize the entire gym once a month. I just moved to the area, received bunches of recommendation for this place. I was incredibly happy that I had found a place that would have a coordinating schedule for my son and my daughter right away. My son went in for his ninja zone trial, and my daughter did her trial for gymnastics. Within 14 minutes my son came out, said that he had fallen. No one came to give me an explanation. At the end of the class I inquire the coach. He said they were doing ninja stuff. Today, I took my son to urgent care. He has a fracture on his elbow bone. My son is not clumsy at all. When I called to speak to them the lady who answered the phone said "well, this is a place where people do risky stuff" hmmm, excuse me, yeah because every mom wants their son to have a fractured bone after your session. Wrong answer!! Insensitive. No one ever came or said anything about the fall. No one seems so be concerned. My son has a cast for several months now and this place was the cause of it! We've been part of the gym for almost 5 years. I'm a proud parent of a team girl. The coaches are the best, experienced, supportive, and dedicated. Everybody who works at Coral Reef, the staff, coaches, and the owners are excellent and very friendly. They always make you feel welcome. Great aftercare and gymnastics training program. My daughter has been participating in the after school program for five years and is a member of the competitive team. The after school program provides safe pick up from her school and time to get homework completed. Her involvement on the competition team has developed an amazing level of dedication to working towards the accomplishment of goals, time management skills and healthy lifestyle choices. Amazing!!! May daughter joined Coral Reef and their competitive team after being at another local gym for over 3 years. Coral Reef not only welcomed her with open arms, they have made her a better gymnast. All the coaches pay full attention to all kids, take their time as needed with all of them - it is not just training by repetition. Carla and Steve, and of course: Miss Chris, have made this gym a great training place with fully personalized attention. My daughter smiles during practice again! Their aftercare program is also great. today i was driving wih 3 kids in heavy rain on highway i got a phone call from owner from this company. she was upset about my review. i told her this was not a good time to argument. and then she said she will report me to the collection agency. and she hung up on me. i am really wonder how are they are going to do that. you owe me money not i owe you. if there is any misunderstanding please let me know. and i was shockd their manner to people. youguys doing business with children. how dare you work like this. i am 100% telling the truth. they said refund my money with my credit card. which i never gave to them. i wanted believe every thing was misunderstanding. but aftter what she did to me i feel very shocked. if i got into accident today what are you going to do? do you even care? now i do really believe what other people saying about saftey issue read more
