We have a pass with one vehicle here and another vehicle at quick quack. Here are the pros, the cons etc. Pros: Tag n go has all the amenities at no extra charge. Mat cleaners, spray bottles for cleaning glass, etc. Cons: Their hours are not so good. If you have to wash your car on a Sunday or after 7, you'll have to go somewhere else. Both Tag n Go and Quick Quack will not pay out to vehicles their machine caused. Quick Quack's machine pulled the antenna off my car and we stopped going there for over 3 years because of it, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]when I had to wash my car on Sunday mornings, it became the best option for that car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

When you're done with your car wash and enter the vacuum area. The vacuum area has an air gun so you can power blow the dust and the crevices anywhere in your car. We've been signed up with them for years, and they have never once let us down. I love the fact that they have a few of these in town so whenever we're near one, we can always just drive in. This location has gotten so bad. I use to love Tag n Go, but they do a terrible job prepping the car. I bought a $20 wash and the first time hardly tougher and spayed it. It came out bad. I told the young man and he apologized and told me this wasn't the first time today. I went through a second time and and these pictures are after the second wash. Terrible prep! I figure they were just lazy and could care less. They need someone to train, and supervise. They really have declined. read more

I used Tagg-N-Go car wash the other day, and after exiting, I noticed that the entire back of my car didn't seem to have been cleaned at all (I wish I had taken a picture). I expressed my concern to an employee, thinking maybe something went wrong. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The employee looked at it and said, "Yeah, that's too bad! I dunno when these drive-and-sit car washes became the rage, but they've popped up all over the place over a better part of the last decade. Gone are the days of rolling up to a wash and inserting quarters to use the hose and dial through the steps. Scarce are the days of the gas station car wash garage where you slip in, park, sit, and wait for the room to do its magic. Now you drive up and roll the tunnel. This one is located near the booming junction of Bluff and Sunset, where all the new strip mall stores have gone in. It's a nice enough spot, and easy enough to find, though it's set back a bit from the road and you have this weird roundabout to navigate after pulling off of the main road. This wash lets you pull up and you pay at the kiosk, then get in line. Washes start at around $7-8 if memory serves, though you can spring for much higher priced ones with more bells and whistles. There were two young people at the entrance with a sprayer and a scrubber and they were werkin it to prewash everyone who went in. The wash was sufficient to get rid of lots of road salt endemic to a cross-state drive this time of year, and though it wasn't perfect, it did the trick. If you're serious about getting clean, do bring your own rags and hand dry the spots that the blowers don't quite cover. After the wash you pull in to the vacuum stations. The wash near my house has free car mat cleaners, but they charge something like $2 here. Meh. They never do a great job so I passed on that. They do, however, have a compressed air blower at each vacuum station, which I really loved. I hadn't seen that before, so thumbsup to them for that perk. All told, the wash and vacuum took me something like 20 mins and then I was on my way with a salt free hot car. read more

What can you say about a car wash. We are pretty happy with the cleaning. If you have a lot of mud they will not allow you to run thru the car wash. You will have to hose off excessive mud before you arrive. read more

WOW!!!! My Truck was dirty, had not been washed in months and had traveled from Las Vegas to St. George twice. My truck has never gotten this clean from a drive through car wash, and the windshield is spotless. Staff was very helpful, went and got change for me so I could pay cash. I recently hunted in the St. George area, and to keep my truck clean when in town, I bought a Tagg N Go Carwash contract and was informed I could cancel it when I left town without any issue. Today, I noticed my bank statement had been charged my monthly fee, which reminded me I had not canceled my contract. So, I made a call to the Sunset location and immediately was connected to a young lady, who not only canceled my agreement but volunteered (without me asking) to have my latest bank charge reversed! Today was my first experience with this location. We had just finished with a week of a lot of rain so my car was looking a little grungy. I heard of TaggNGo opening this week so I thought I would give it a try. The first thing I noticed was that everyone was very friendly. When I went into the wash everything was top of the line. From the dryers to the hot wax machine. The vacuums actually picked up the garbage we had in the car and the owners of the car wash came out to see how everything went. After a long road trip, the front of my SUV was CAKED with dried, sun-baked bug guts (ew!) I was too tired to scrub my car myself so I pulled into Tagg N Go thinking a drive-thru car wash may not get it completely clean, but it would be better than nothing. Before I actually entered the wash, they had two employees (Dallin and Emily) take scrub brushes and really scrub the front of my car. I tried to tip them, but they apparently have a "no tips" policy... they did a great job scrubbing my car! I think that made all the difference in making sure those bugs were removed... Then I drove through the car wash and was impressed with how spotless my car looked afterwards! Way better than I expected! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. read more

I have been a Tagg N Go customer for a couple of years now. Today I got a notice my vehicles had both been cancelled. So I called to see if I had a credit card on file that may have lapsed. She said no. So when I asked why it had been cancelled she said someone would have had to of called it in. Well me being the only one on the account that is tough to believe. Since I didn't even have the phone number to call. And had to look it up to find out what was going on. I asked if it could have been a system error. She said no it doesn't make errors. So I had to let her know with an attitude like that. I would have to move on to another company. So Quick Quack I look forward to doing business with you if you can offer better customer service than that. read more

I been a customer of Tagg N Go car wash since I moved to Saint George a little over a year ago and I'm very pleased on the customer service and friendliness i get. I'm also pleased that they finally added screen covers over there vacuums/ blowers I just wish they invested a little more by adding canopy's. But something is better then nothing in this heat in the summer and maybe they will open on Sundays next that would be nice for us customers that don't go to church on Sunday read more

The car wash, facility, and equipment here is awesome. Unfortunately the staff needs a bit more training and customer service coaching. My car has a rack on the roof. This car has been through a couple different drive through car washes with the rack attached and I have had no problem in the past. The staff at the Saint George Car Wash and Fabulous Freddy's have had no problem putting my car through the wash without an issue. I assumed that would be the case at Tag n' Go as well. As I entered the car wash THREE different employees waved me through this drive through car wash without mentioning my rack possibly being a problem. As I entered the car wash my car rack was then violently ripped off of my car and it shattered my windshield. I cannot explain my frustration. Obviously the car wash had the potential to damage my car and not one employee paid attention or cared to warn me. The manager on duty refused to give me their insurance information and was very rude and condescending. I had my two kids with me as we waited in the Saint George heat outside the wash trying to sort the matter out. No apology was given. Not even a free car wash or any form of compensation was offered. I can't express how disappointed I was that I was shooed off the property and told that there was nothing that could be done after arguing with the manager for an hour. I understand the issue of my rack being partially my fault for assuming that someone would inform me if it was a possible problem before entering the car wash. The point is that the customer service was sad. Rather than being defensive and surly an apology at the VERY least should have been given. I will not be going her ever again. Conrads Car Wash down the street from Tag n' Go has been in business for years. They are awesome, friendly, and competitively priced. I will be going there from now on. read more
