Alright, so this place is wild! You roll up, hand over some cash--sounds crazy, but trust me. Then, BAM! You round a corner and there's this TUNNEL filled with car cleaning goodies! A super nice employee guides you through to what I can only describe as the best place ever. It's like that tunnel scene from the original "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," but instead of scary, it's pure magic. Seriously, it's magical. Your car comes out sparkling, and you get to vacuum up all your car sins (I may have spilled some beads ). Quick Quack saved the day! I love you, Quick Quack employees! read more

I'm a sucker for the branding but a loyalist because the job gets done-I always leave with a mostly clean car. I don't know that any one car wash is better than another-they all leave some sort of residue and require a bit of hand cleaning to get the fine details. I like that the vacuums work really well. Some places have weak vacuums but not the Quack-they are strong. The staff are always friendly and respect that I don't want to buy a membership. A pushy sales pitch is a surefire way to make me look elsewhere. Until next time! read more

I'm torn on how to rate this brand new location. Nothing here today was exceptionally good nor bad. Just mediocre. I was expecting to deal with long lines, there was one car going through before me!! I was expecting to be bombarded with upsell promos, I was given none! I was however given a courtesy dash wipe with a smile.! The car wash used many bright colored chemicals but once completed I noticed a great deal of dirt left over. The dryer time should possibly be extended a tad. I had a lot of water left on my vehicle that I had to get out & wipe off. Quick Quack has great self serve stations - thank goodness. Unfortunately they have signs saying 10 min. max! That wouldn't even be enough time if I didn't have fur babies.! Luckily, it never got busy enough to find out if they'd reinforce that posted Pond Rules policy. As of right now... I would come back. I just need more than 10 minutes. Lol read more

You'd think with the name "quack" in the title, I'd know better. It might as well say "we're going to screw you." Oh, and they did... But I thought, oh well I just want to wash off the outside for a few bucks -- I have a nice car, and it looks great when clean. what harm could there be? Well, plenty. As I roll through the McDonald's drive-thru window where you order your car-wash service, they pushed me to sign up for a monthly package. No thx. As I'm getting towards the end of the car wash during the drying portion, a few rocks crack my windshield in a couple places. I was in disbelief... it seemed like they got shot out of the dryers. I stopped my car, examined the damage, and filled out an incident report with a nice lady who assured me that she'd send me the video, get the damage repaired. An inconvenience, but fine, life happens. A week rolls by, no call. I call, leave two messages. No reply. I go in person. No manager on duty, I call their business office- she assures me they'll take care of it. An entire month goes by... yesterday, I got an email from their new manager illuminating the fact that it's their policy not to cover windshield (or any other damage, really). of course, this policy is unknown to the employees, the call center, and is not listed anywhere visible. So, I had my car damaged, time wasted, lied to, and sent on my way. Even if my car didn't get damaged, the place is a piece of crap. Avoid. Considering legal action. Thanks, Quack job!! P.s. The car wash snapped off the driver's side mirror. I reported it. The company replied to the report, agreeing to pay for the repair or replacement of the part. It requested that three estimates be obtained and submitted. I complied. I didn't receive any response to correspondence sent to the company thereafter. I was left no recourse except to file a civil action in the county in which I live for over $1,000 in damages. Please avoid heartache by not doing business with this disingenuous company. read more

This is a great car wash I go here all the time cause the workers are very friendly and spray the car down good before washing.

I have used 2 locations locally. I was originally told it would cost $9.99 per month for unlimited washes. I am paying $19.99 per month. I emailed the co. & have not had a reply on this matter. I do like the convenience of not having to select which purchase I want, like @ some/most other car washes. Also the convenience of driving up & then right thru...as soon as your Lic. plate is verified is great. Long story but hoping to help other people avoid dealing with this Absolute garbage of a company. Kept seeing cars get damaged so we wanted to cancel our membership before it happened to us, went in employees told us no problem it's canceled... month goes by we get charged for the subscription we canceled so we go in again to dispute it they say sorry there was a processing error it will go through this time sorry for the inconvenience. So we wait whatch our account and sure enough takes out again se we go back ask to talk to a manager then all the sudden they have a phone number we can call to cancel it so we call it get really crappy customer service who say sorry they can't help with a refund so we ask to speak to there supervisor they say he's busy will call us back within the hour. The next day I get a phone call at work I couldn't take the phone call and unfortunately my voice mail was full. So I call back to get the same crappy customer service but this time they get me to a manager named aundrea and she tells me that they called to inform me they're not gonna refund us and its our fault for not answering even though there 18 hours late on calling me back she proceeds to argue saying there is nothing they can do we shouldn't have listed to there employees and that she can't help read more
