Despite all claims being fully paid and me owing them nothing, they are now refusing to release my car unless I sign a waiver saying I will not sue. What makes this even worse is that they knew I have a disabled daughter and that this is our only vehicle. On several occasions they returned it to me unsafe to drive, showing total disregard for our safety. Throughout this entire ordeal, I have been spoken to with disrespect, ignored, and pressured into signing paperwork I did not agree with. As a Black woman, I cannot ignore the way we were treated. I am not calling them racist, but I truly do not believe they value or respect Black women as customers. The disrespect we experienced was beyond unacceptable. Lithia and Casey in particular have been extremely difficult to deal with -- this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this dealership. They are not trustworthy, and I deeply regret ever bringing my car here.

I had previously bought a vehicle from Baierl Subaru and thought it was a good idea to return. She drove from New York to Pennsylvania based on my recommendation. Let's just say everyone makes mistakes. To start, the entire purchase process took 12 hours over two days just to drive away with the vehicle. That's completely unacceptable. After finally taking delivery, we were told my mother would have to come back on another day just to receive a basic walkthrough of the vehicle's features--and it wasn't even from our salesperson. We initially worked with Phil, who was pleasant enough on the first day, but he was trying to juggle multiple customers at once instead of handing us off to another salesperson who could give us the attention we deserved. While that wasn't ideal, we did eventually reach a deal we were happy with. The real problems started the day two. I sent my wife with my mother, expecting they would simply sign the paperwork, get a quick overview of the car, and head home. Instead, they spent another eight hours at the dealership. When I caught up with them afterward, I was shocked to discover that the original deal had been completely changed. Thousands of dollars in unnecessary warranties and add-ons had been included by Kara in finance. My elderly mother was subjected to the classic finance office routine--fast talking, shuffling paperwork, and constantly redirecting attention to the monthly payment instead of the actual cost of what she was buying. When I called Phil to find out what happened, he immediately washed his hands of the situation, saying it was the finance department's responsibility. There was no effort to advocate for his customer or help resolve the issue. I ultimately had to return to the dealership myself to cancel the unnecessary add-ons. Kara made the cancellation process as difficult as possible. It took over eight months for most of the refunds to be processed, and my mother is still owed some money. At some point, it simply wasn't worth continuing to deal with her. I also spoke with the acting sales manager at the time to share my experience with the finance department. Unfortunately, he seemed far more interested in his upcoming vacation than addressing a serious customer complaint or following up afterward. My advice? There are plenty of other dealerships. Find a salesperson who will give you their full attention, stand behind you after the sale, and genuinely care about your experience. And if you're helping an elderly family member purchase a vehicle and have to deal with Kara in finance, be prepared. Apparently, sitting next to your family member isn't enough. You may also need a passport, a power of attorney, and a stool sample before you're allowed to speak on their behalf. Good luck.

TL;DR: great customer service and intake time at first became extra costs because they didn't perform a service I'd asked for, then they tried to charge me extra. Roughly around June of last year, I talked on the phone with these guys about getting my passenger side view mirror replaced, as well as some dents and chips on the front fender. Note: only this mirror has a turn lane assist camera. They gave me polite and quick responses, so I brought my car in, and it stayed there for about 3 weeks. A little long but I usually got responses: the computer stuff for the mirror I mentioned they had to source from Baierl Honda, which they didn't know when it'd come in, and it took a while, but they repaired it. Then I come to get my car, pay for it, but hours later, I indicate a right turn, and the normal camera view doesn't pop up on the LCD. It says "alignment not adjusted", or something. I bring it back after a couple days or so, and they fix it, but go to charge me an extra $100 or so because it "wasn't in the original estimate". This frustrated me. I tried to tell them, and ended up getting my dad on the horn with them so they'd realize their mistake. Although this place worked with my insurance, the entire experience was exhausting. Pretty sure I was being talked down to because of my lack of experience with cars, hopefully not because I'm a woman, but who knows. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

So days of them having it and several calls to them but very little communication from them a lot of no return calls from them we are finally told we owe $400+ for the labor and change 1 spark plug but not all 3, we are also told the car needs a new engine and will cost over$14,0000.00 yes over 14 grand. We told them do not touch another thing on. My husband picked the car up and we took it else where. Everyone was checked on and in the engine. A camera was used and they could not find what wright was talking about and needing a new engine. The car is running fine without a new engine all that has been done to fix the issue is all new spark plug.. I will never deal with Wright Auto again. 1 star is even to many to give! Scammers 100%
